Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Cochin to Munnar

  Arrive in Cochin & begin your scenic drive to Munnar, taking time along the way to appreciate the beautiful Valara Waterfall and Cheeyappara Waterfalls, among others.
  As you continue your journey to Munnar, you will check into your hotel upon arrival. After checking in, the rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure.

• Day 2 : Munnar Sightseeting

  Today post breakfast embar on the Sightseeing of Munnar:
  Visit Eravikulam National Park (15 km) to view endangered wild goat ' Nilgiri Tahr’
  Visit Tea Museum (03Km) and the Tea factory
  Rose Garden
  Blossom Hydel Park
  Mattupetty Dam (13km)
  Echo Point
  Kundala Lake (28km)
  Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 3 : Thekkady

  After checking out from your hotel, embark on your journey to Thekkady, where you can enjoy a visit to a Spice Plantation along the way.
  Upon reaching Thekkady, consider taking a Periyar boating excursion to observe the stunning wildlife sanctuary (tickets can be booked in advance or at the counter based on availability).
  In the evening, you have the option to indulge in various activities such as a Kathakali performance, elephant ride, elephant bath, musical fountain show, or rejuvenating Ayurvedic massages (available at an extra cost).
  After a day filled with adventure and relaxation, you will be driven back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

• Day 4 : Alappuzha

  After enjoying a delicious breakfast, check out from your hotel and commence your journey to Alleppey.
  Upon arrival, immerse yourself in the captivating charm of the backwaters and floating villages with an enchanting houseboat experience.
  Spend the day exploring the pristine local beaches and take the opportunity to visit the Alleppey Lighthouse Museum, where you can discover the rich maritime history of the region.
  After a day filled with breathtaking views and cultural experiences, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Alleppey for a restful overnight stay.

• Day 5 : Kanyakumari Sightseeing

  Located at the southern tip of peninsular India, it offers a unique experience of sunrise & sunset.
  Enroute visit Suchidram Temple with exquisite sculpture & musical pillars dedicated to Brahma, Vishnu & Shiva. Visit rock memorial dedicated to Swami Vivekananda, Thiruvalluvar statue, Bhagavathy Temple, the Gandhi Memorial and Kanyakumari Beach & Sunset.

• Day 6 : Kovalam

  You'll be driven to the beautiful destination of Kovalam.
  Upon arrival, check into your hotel and prepare for an exciting sightseeing tour. Your first stop will be the iconic Lighthouse Beach, followed by a visit to the picturesque Hawa Beach.
  After enjoying the scenic beaches, you will be driven back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

• Day 7 : Thiruvananthapuram

  The beautiful capital city of Kerala. The city sprawls on the seven low coastal hills with tree lined avenues, massive buildings, ancestral homes and a long seacoast.
  Visit Zoo, Natural history museum, Sree Chitra Art Gallery, Napier Museum, Science and technology museum etc.
  Visit Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple which is 16th century temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, is the most impressive landmark of the city. Also visit Pazhavangadi Ganapati temple, Attukal devi temple if time permits.
  Overnight stay at the hotel.
  Note: All monuments and museums are closed on Mondays, Public holidays (Visiting time :1.00 PM to 4.45 PM)

• Day 8 : Departure

  Transfer to the Airport / Railway station. Head back home with sweet memories of your tour.

• All meals in Houseboat:
• As per Government Regulation cruising will not be permitted after 06.00PM.
• A/c will be provided from 08.30 PM to next day morning 06.00 AM.
• In Houseboat Air condition will be available only on bedrooms, in all categories.
• Stable electricity couldn't be guaranteed being it depends on weather conditions.
• Do not compare Houseboat rooms with the hotel rooms, as they are compact & smaller in size.
• Houseboat shall be sailing through small streams & canals through villages and by the sunset shall be anchored near shore / jetty till morning.
• Because of the water body, just to avoid flying insects / mosquito; lights shall be operational only in the room after sunset.
• There won’t be anything for the entertainment in the houseboat like TV / Indoor games. Houseboats are just to experience the back waters of Kerala.
• Houseboat crew members are not hospitality professionals. Majority are local villagers and could not expect fluent Hindi / English.
