Guests are solely responsible for proper conduct and behaviour in public places as per the code of conduct of property and local govt.
Guests are solely responsible for the safety and security of personal belongings.
Any damages/ losses to the property shall be payable to the hotel directly by the guests.
Whispering Earth LLP will not be responsible for any mis - happenings during the tour due to natural calamities/ any situation out of control due to local administrative or political reasons/cancellation of train or flight.

For International tour:
For international tours, tour price includes both Indian rupees and foreign currency component (Forex), which is to be paid from traveler’s Basic Travel Quota (BTQ) at the prevailing Rate of Exchange (ROE).
The Forex component in the tour price can be paid in the following ways:
Guest can pay in Indian rupees at prevailing foreign exchange rate (selling rate). For each transaction, the current ROE as on date of payment will be payable. That is, the price quoted at the time of booking will vary and any fluctuation in currency exchange rate at the time of making payment(s) will be passed on to the customer and will be binding on customer.
Overseas Guests can pay in respective foreign currency by guest’s own international credit card/ PayPal account/ SWIFT transfer. Additional Charges levied by Banks for Credit Card transactions / Payment Gateway charges and Currency Conversion Mark-up are to be borne by customers.
The primary booking contact or any immediate family member travelling or accompanying on the same tour can pay for the family’s foreign exchange by card.
Guests cannot use his/ her card for third party (other person’s) tour payment.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

50% advance at the time of booking (25% of total cost will be non-refundable)
Remaining 50% of the amount to be paid 60 days before arrival

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

25% cancellation charges if cancelled 60 days before start of the tour.
50% cancellation charges 60 - 30 days.
75% cancellation charges 30 - 16 days.
100% cancellation charges 16 - 0 days.
For cancellations, an email to be sent by the guest. The date and time of the email shall be considered for determining cancellation charges as above.
For delayed payments, as per payment terms mentioned above, a late fee @ of Rs. 500 per pax per day shall be payable.
In case of partial payment/no-show, no refunds shall be provided.
For flight ticket cancellation, the cancellation policy is as per Airlines plus the service charge of MyEcoTour.
