8 Day Gorillas, Chimps and Wildlife Package

On Arrival at Entebbe International Airport you will be met by a Guesthouse representative and transferred to your lodge where you will spend 1 night.

You will drive through Kampala this morning to Fort Portal, where you will stop for lunch before continuing into the Kibale National Park, one of the most beautiful in Uganda.
You will spend 1 night here, in the forest which is home to abundant primate species and lush and diverse flora.

This morning you hike through thick foliage into the forest on a guided chimpanzee trek. You will have 1 hour to enjoy watching and observing their behaviour close up. After returning to camp, you depart for Kibale Forest via the Crater Lakes Area to Kasese Town where you will cross the Equator as the road passes though the Queen Elizabeth National Park . You will spend 2 nights here, enjoying the sun setting over the Rwenzori Mountains

This morning will be spent on a game drive, and in the afternoon you will enjoy a cruise on the Kazinga Channel.

You will make your way through the south eastern Ishasha section of Queen Elizabeth National Park, and continue through breathtaking scenery to the small settlement of Buhoma, on the northern side of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.

A major highlight of any African journey takes place today as you enter Bwindi Impenetrable Forest for your gorilla trek. The hike may be strenuous, but the hour spent with these rare and remarkable creatures will more than make up for any sore muscles or tired limbs.

You will leave Bwindi today and make your way towards Kampala. You will stop over at Lake Mburo National Park for the night, spending the afternoon on a game drive and a boat cruise on the lake.

Following a guided walking safari this morning you will return to Entebbe International Airport, where you will be dropped off in time for your departure flight out of Uganda.
