Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :
* 30% Advance Percentage of total booking amount.
* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

30% payment needs to be done to confirm your booking. You can pay directly to our company’s account using online bank transfer. Remaining amount needs to be paid at our office once you reach Manali. You can also pay using Credit or Debit cards through our secured payment gateway, however, in that case you have to pay 2.5% extra for the payment gateway charges.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non refundable.
Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
More than 30 days left - Full refund
15-30 days - 30% of the tour cost.
1-15 days - 50% of the tour cost.
days - 100% of the tour cost.
Advance amount is non refundable.
Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
