8days 7nights Maasai Mara - Lake Nakuru N.p – Lake Naivasha - Amboseli N.P Group Joining Safaris

Pickup at 7:30am at City Market Nairobi. After safari briefing depart and drive north ascending the Great Rift Valley with photographic views, stop at Narok town for refueling, then proceed to Maasai Mara arriving around 1:30pm at the camp or lodge. Check in, take lunch, freshen up and go for an introductory evening game viewing drive from 3:30pm. Maasai Mara offers sweeping grasslands, acacia trees, rich fauna including the Big Five and the Mara River where the annual wildebeest and zebra migration crosses, typically in July and August. Dinner and overnight at the camp or lodge.

Early morning breakfast at 6:00am followed by full day game driving across the Mara savannah and rolling hills. Enjoy sightings of plains game, lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants and many bird species. Picnic bush lunch at the Hippo Pools in the Mara River. Return to camp around mid to late afternoon, then visit a Maasai Manyatta for a cultural tour to learn Maasai dances, fire making, Manyatta construction, traditional medicine and lifestyle, and to see and optionally buy local handicrafts. Evening relaxing at the camp with nature walks, photography, dinner, bonfire and overnight stay.

Full day game drives with morning and evening drives to maximize wildlife sightings. Continue exploring the Mara for predators, herbivores and bird species, with opportunities to photograph wildlife. Return to camp or lodge for dinner and overnight. Drives may bring you back to camp at around 6:30pm for dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast at 8:00am and check out from rooms at 8:30am. Depart Maasai Mara and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park with a quick stopover for lunch enroute. Arrive at Nakuru hotel in the evening, check in, freshen up, have dinner and overnight stay in Nakuru.

Early morning breakfast at 7:00am then proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park, pay park entrance fees and undertake game drives. Lake Nakuru is a bird lover's paradise hosting over 400 bird species and notable populations of flamingos and the Black Rhinoceros. The park supports over 50 mammal species and diverse flora. Game drives focus on viewing white rhinos, buffalos, Rothschild giraffes, zebras, impalas, baboons, waterbucks and a variety of water birds; possible sightings include lions, leopards, black rhinos, wild dogs and cheetahs. Return to lodge and overnight as per itinerary.

After breakfast at 7:00am check out from rooms at 9:00am and proceed to Lake Naivasha. Take a boat ride towards Crescent Island for walking among wildlife, bird watching and guided nature walks. Activities on Crescent Island include picnicking, guided walks, biking, horseback riding and game viewing including hippos along the shore. Later, after safari briefing, depart Naivasha for Amboseli National Park via Mombasa Road with a stop at Emali Town for snacks and washroom break. Arrive at camp or lodge in Amboseli around 5:30pm, check in, freshen up, dinner and overnight stay.

Full day game drives in Amboseli starting with breakfast at 6:30am and boarding land cruiser or tour van for early morning game drives. Amboseli lies at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro offering splendid mountain backdrops and is renowned for large elephant herds. Picnic lunch will be taken inside the park and game drives continue into the afternoon. Check out from the park at around 3:30pm and transfer to the lodge with enroute game viewing. Evening at the lodge for swimming or using other facilities, dinner at 7:30pm and overnight stay. Bonfire can be prepared on request at no extra cost.

Final day breakfast at 8:00am and check out from camp or lodge at 9:00am. Proceed for morning game drives until 11:30am then check out from the park and drive back to Nairobi with enroute stopovers for health breaks and a self sponsored lunch. Arrive in Nairobi at around 4:30pm and end of safari services.
