  • Is only mediator between we (Roaming Sarthi Kerala) and YOU, all tour services provided by we (Roaming Sarthi Kerala). So (Roaming Sarthi Kerala) is only and only liable to solve any issue during trip and any legal obligations.
  • In cases where: You are willing to postpone your date of travel due to any reason, we may impose a rebooking fee. If you are cancelling your booking post postponing your dates, all paid amounts will be forfeited. In case of missed payment on the scheduled date, we may impose an extra charge for the same. Delay upto 3 days or Miss in making payment as per scheduled date may lead to cancellation of booking with zero refund. (You can inform us upfront in case of delay in schedule payment) Any unforeseen circumstances, we will try to provide our best but we can not be held responsible for undeliverable due to this. Extra charges due to any delay will have to be paid by Traveler at the spot. Delay in making on arrival payment will lead to termination/halt of service until payment completion by traveller early check inn/Late checkout subject to availability. In case of Cancellation due to any reason, we will try to facilitate you through monetary refund of refundable amount else we will be providing you credit note of the total package amount for the same with Validity of 6 months This credit note can only be used as a travel budget with us. Please Note: Any customization post booking due to any reason may introduce additional charges and that must be borne by the traveler.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Cancellation Policy: Regardless of reason, cancellations are costly. To offset these costs, the following fees will apply. If you cancel, non-recoverable expenses of Rs. 1500 per person will be charged and over and above that the following will be charged on cancellation of a tour Cancelled before 30 days or more prior to trip start date: 35 % of total package cost Cancelled between 15 – 30 days prior to trip start date: 50 % of total package cost Cancelled between 14 days to 7 days prior to trip start date: 80 % of total package cost Cancellation less than 7 Days prior to trip start date: 100 % of package cost will be charged
