A Date with Elephant & Nature Tour

Meet your local host at North Goa or South Goa at your respective hotels and drive to Bhagwan Mahavir sanctuary where the camp is located within the large jungle. Upon arrival, admire the charm of this quaint village designed to reflect aboriginal lifestyle.



With your local host, enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience as you hop onto the back of an elephant for a short ride to the heart of the resort. Enjoy a traditional Goan meal served on a banana leaf. After a satisfying lunch, follow your guide on a leisurely walk through the jungle and be enlightened by your hosts sharing interesting facts about herbal remedies the trees and spices provide.



The most exciting part of the day is yet to come as you make your way to a nearby lake to mingle with the kings of this jungle – Goan elephants! Marvel at the wonders of nature as you watch these elephants bathe in the peaceful lake. Feed them or, better yet, join them on a refreshing swim in the lake. This is one experience not to be missed!
