Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Auckland

  On arrival at Auckland International airport you will be met and transferred to the hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Auckland.

• Day 2 : Auckland - Waitomo - Rotorua

  Transfer from hotel in Auckland to hotel in Rotorua, en route enjoy a guided tour of Waitomo Glowworm Caves. Today morning, we travel through the lush farmland of the Waikato and King Country regions. Drive past Rangiriri, location of the historic Maori Land Wars site. On arrival in the small town of Waitomo, enjoy a guided tour through the world famous Waitomo Glowworm Caves with their amazing stalactites, stalagmites and other limestone formations. We finish the tour with a silent boat ride through the Glowworm Grotto - a subterranean cavern lit up by the lights of thousands of tiny glowworms. We then continue our journey this afternoon by driving to Rotorua.
  Rotorua is a compact package of natural beauty, from forested hills, and geysers to mud stream vents and has the combination of beauty and excitement. On arrival in Rotorua, you will check into your hotel and relax in this perfect paradise!! Overnight in Rotorua.

  Discover the Te Puia Thermal Reserve, Rainbow Springs Nature Park and Agrodome Sheep Show (Seat in coach). This morning explore Rotorua's geothermal wonderland .Discover the Te Puia Thermal Reserve to marvel at boiling mudpools, roaring geysers and hot springs. Continue to Rainbow Springs Nature Park to see New Zealand's trout, birds and wildlife before continuing to the Agrodome for a New Zealand farm show featuring sheep dog demonstrations, cow milking and an introduction to the stars of our sheep industry.Overnight in Rotorua.

  Transfer from hotel in Rotorua to hotel in Wellington, en route visit Lake Taupo to Turangi.This morning, travel south to reach the popular lake resort of Taupo and along the shores of Lake Taupo to Turangi, before continuing on the Desert Road dominated in the background by the three peaks of Ruapehu, Ngauruhoe and Tongariro. Later continue south through lush farmland before arriving in the 'Capital City' of Wellington.Wellington is the Capital of New Zealand is a cosmopolitan city with the most spectacular skyline of all major cities in New Zealand.On arrival into Wellington, proceed to hotel and check in.Rest of the evening is free at leisure. Overnight in Wellington.

  Explore Wellington city followed by a guided tour of Te Papa (Seat in coach).
  Enjoy a morning city tour of Wellington, a city experience that will reveal the creative, political and cultural nature of New Zealand, but still provide stunning scenery. Discover the Houses of Parliament and distinctive "Beehive", Wellington Cathedral, the central city area and Oriental Bay. Later proceed on a guided tour of Te papa museum. Rest of the evening is free at leisure. Overnight in Wellington.

• Day 6 : Wellington - Queenstown

  Today you will transfer from hotel to airport in Wellington for your flight to Queenstown. A morning flight is recommended to allow time to explore Queenstown at leisure in the afternoon. Travel from Wellington to Queenstown on board the flight. Note - Flight cost not included. On arrival, proceed and check in to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the city.Overnight in Queenstown.

  Enjoy an excursion trip to Milford Sound.Enjoy a scenic drive to the southern arm of Lake Wakatipu to Lumsden and onward to Lake Te Anau. As you enter the Eglinton Valley, marvel at the breathtaking man made Homer Tunnel to reach Milford Sound. Embark on a cruise on this world famous fiord, dominated by Mitre Peak and the cascading Bowen Falls.Sail into the world of waterfalls, cliffs and the native forests. Later, return to your hotel in Queenstown.

• Day 9 : Queenstown - Mt.cook-christchurch

  Transfer from hotel in Queenstown to hotel in Christchurch, en route visit Mt. Cook and the Church of the Good Shepherd. Today morning, we transfer from Queenstown to Christchurch. Drive through the central Otago region, to the small town of Twizel and continue north following the shores of Lake Pukaki to Mount Cook. This is the highest peak of New Zealand with a landscape of glacier fed alpine lakes. Proceed to visit the Church of the Good Shepherd at Lake Tekapo. Marvel at this small picturesque church before travelling across the Canterbury Plains to arrive in the Garden City of Christchurch. On arrival in Christchurch, proceed and check in to the hotel.Rest of the day ios free at leisure. Overnight in Christchurch.

• Day 10 : Christchurch

  Discover Christchurch on a guided city tour. This morning proceed on a city tour of Christchurch. The tour covers highlights including the botanical gardens, Museum and Art Centre, the Avon river, Bridge of Remembrance, the cities new pop up container mall and many other CBD highlights. Then travel to Mona Vale an historic homestead and gardens. Up to the Sign of the Takah, Canterbury Plains and the Southern Alps, then over the Port Hills to the Port of Lyttleton, through the harbour tunnel before returning to the central city where the tour will conclude. Rest of the evening is free at leisure. Overnight in Christchurch.
