Amboseli National Park Kenya Safari Package

Early morning pick-up from your hotel, briefing by a representative from Abana Safaris and depart on your Safari southwards to Amboseli National Park, famous for being the best place in Africa to see free-ranging elephants. The park also has a spectacular view of the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro (weather permitting). Amboseli National Park, at the foot of Africa’s highest mountain, Kilimanjaro, is one of Kenya’s most popular national parks. It lies 150 miles south-east of Nairobi, very close to the Tanzania border. The snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro rising above the clouds dominates every aspect of Amboseli. Arrive at your pre-booked Safari Lodge in time for lunch. Have lunch; check in and rest. At 1600hrs enjoy an afternoon game viewing drive in the park. Dinner and overnight.

Full Day in Amboseli with game drives early in the morning and in the evening. The park is famed for, and is home to the huge herds of the African Elephant. The park also plays host to lions, buffaloes, the elusive leopard, wildebeest, giraffes, zebras, a variety of antelopes and other smaller plains game. During the dry season it is semi arid terrains and during the wet season, the seasonal “Amboseli Swamp” becomes home to many species of birds. Dinner and overnight.

This day you will have a pre-breakfast game viewing drive, later return to the lodge/camp for breakfast. Afterwards you will check out from the lodge, and embark on your journey back to Nairobi. Drop off at your residence or the airport for your home bound flight.
