Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Day 1

  Welcome to the Andaman Inn Travels Port Blair. On arrival you will met and assisted from the airport to the hotel. Check into the hotel and freshen up.
  
  1) Carbyn’s cove beach, Visiting Cellular Jail and Light and Sound Show. If time permits complimentary tour to Water Sports Complex. Drop to the hotel.

  • Hotspots : Cellular Jail

• Day 2 : Day 2

  Going for Ross Island at 09:30am, 03:00pm and Mount Harriet if time permits

• Day 3 : Day 3

  3) Check out from Port Blair and Going to Neil by (Govt. Vessel) at 6:20am after arrive at Neil going to Vijay nagar and bharatpur Beach and Back to Havelock Island. Night stay at Havelock

• Day 4 : Day 4

  4) Early morning go to Elephanta Beach and Kalapathar Beach evening depart to Port Blair

• Day 5 : Day 5

  Morning go to mahatma Gandhi marine national park (Wandoor) sippighat farm and evening go to chidiyatapu biological park and sun set point

Optional leisure activities at Havelock Island:

• Snorkelling trip to Elephant Beach by Sharing Boat: Rs.800.00 Per person (includes Snorkelling equipment, Guide, floating device)


• Snorkelling trip to Elephant Beach by Private Boat: Rs.3500.00 (includes private boat, Snorkelling equipment, Guide,  floating device)


• Scuba Diving : PADI Certified Scuba Dive in Havelock with the best dive centre in Havelock : Rs. 4000 per dive


• Sea Walk : Sea bed walking: Rs. 2500 (in Havelock) / Rs. 2300 (in Port Blair)

Price

• Rates given are non Commissionable & Ex Port Blair, 3.09% GST as per Govt. of India Guidelines will be applicable over and above these prices.


• Price is on CP Basis & Meal Supplement Charges are specified separately.


• Price are Valid from 1st Oct 2013 ,2013 to 30 Sep 2014, however if there are changes in Local Transportation & Inter Island Ferry Charges, prices may change at some point during the period , so we will recommend you to connect to us for updated rates before making any final confirmation.


• Supplements shall be Applicable for 15th Dec to 15th Jan depending on Hotel Charges

Hotels

• We do not have star category hotels in the Andaman’s so we have divided packages as Luxury, deluxe, Superior, Standard & Cost Saver.


• We have offered Selected Hotels based on our analysis, however we can book any hotels for you as per your requirement.


• Check in time as per the flight timings starts with 0630 to 1200 hrs.


• In Port Blair majority of the hotels are constructed by cement structure but in Havelock Island mostly all resorts are made entirely Eco Friendly.


• For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but some hotels only provide a roll out bed and have no provision of an extra bed


• Child sharing parent’s room will not be provided an extra bed/mattress.


• Operation Information


• Our Representative will be at the Arrival Area of Port Blair as per Flight Details given


• In case the guest is arriving by ship the same procedure applies as above at the main harbour.


• Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising any services.


• The vehicle used is NAC and is available for point to point services only and is not at disposal. Clients are requested to follow the timings in the program. Supplement for AC Vehicle in Port Blair is 300 per day. AC Vehicle is not available in Havelock & Neil.


• The Vehicle used depends on Group Size, For a Couple small car like Indica / Wagon R or similar is used, for Groups up to 7 Sumo / Scorpio/Eco or similar is used in Port Blair, in Havelock & Neil mainly we use Omni / Sumo / Eco.


• In case any services are miss due to delay in departure, the operator will not be responsible for any refunds.


• Tour program will be advised to you by our executive at the very first day. Please note tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions here in Port Blair as the place is almost covered by tropical forest.


• The vehicle used will be exclusive for that client but will not be at disposal. It will as per contract & will change sector wise.


• As the vehicle & drivers keep changing, we request you to be careful with personal belongings.


• Sightseeing points remain closed on government holidays & Mondays . In case of closure on certain dates we modify programs to include all sightseeing’s, however if we are not able to cover certain monuments or sightseeing we try to cover something else .


• Our tour program is inclusive of all entry tickets i.e. in museum and memorial etc. as per itinerary.


• Due to inclement weather condition at Port Blair, some Islands guest can visit but not advisable for snorkelling due to less or nil transparency of water and some places live coral which is seen by glass bottom boat will effect due to rain and cloudy weather.


• Light & Sound program at Cellular Jail which totally depends on weather conditions, as it is in open theatre Style.


• All entry tickets are applicable for child above 02 yrs.


• As the area is isolated from mainland but rich in nature and beauty (Lush green dense forest, mangrove creeks, and virgin beaches) but cannot be matched to those available in the plains and other developed destinations.


• There will be no refund of any unutilized service in part or in full what so ever may be the reason.


• Inter Island Transfers (Between Port Blair / Havelock / Neil)


• Govt. Ships sails for Havelock at 6.00am and 2pm. Return boat from Havelock same day is at 9 am, 2pm and 4pm.


• Govt. Ships Sails for Neil at 6.00 am & 11.30 am , Return boats from Neil are at 08.30 and 2 pm.


• Ship belongs to Government under Andaman & Nicobar Administration and mainly sailing of ships totally depends on weather conditions.


• Child above 02yrs will be charged full. No cancellation and refund will be entertained once the tickets were purchased.


• Private Boats sail From Port Blair to Havelock at 8 45 am & Return at 4 pm.

Please note:

• wherever Government boats are used for travelling, a fixed seat cannot be assured. You may sometimes have to travel on the deck.


• Govt. Speed Boat is used for Cost Saver & Standard packages & Private speed boat is used for Superior / Deluxe / Luxury Packages.
