Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Guwahati – Shillong (100 Km | 3 Hrs)

Welcome to Awesome Assam. Meet and be assisted by our representative at the airport/Railway Station. Proceed to Shillong, also called 'Scotland of the East". Reach the majestic Umium Lake (Barapani). You may do the water sports here (Optional). Evening you can visit Police Bazaar which the biggest local market. Overnight stay in Shillong.

Day 2 Shillong - Dawki - Mawlynnong Village

After breakfast visit Mawlynnong Village the cleanest village in India. This cute and colorful little village is known for its cleanliness. It is situated 90 kms. from Shillong and besides the picturesque village, offers many interesting sights such as the Living Root Bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock. Visit Dawki, It is along the Indo-Bangladesh border. You can enjoy boating in the crystal clear waters of the Umgnot River. Return to Shillong. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 3 Shillong – Cherrapunjee - Shillong

Post breakfast in the morning; hit the road to Cherrapunjee, the heaviest rainfall destination in the world Cherrapunjee possesses some exotic waterfalls and impressive limestone caves. On the way first visit Elephanta Falls & Shillong Peak.At Cherrapunjee, we visit Nohkalikai falls, being the world’s fourth tallest waterfall, Mawsmai falls. Visit Eco Park, seven sisters fall, and mawsmai cave, & Mawkdok valley in and around Cherapunjee. Back to Shillong.

Day 4 Shillong Laitlum Grand Canyaon & Guwahati Drop

Morning checks out from hotel by 10:00AM. Head to the destination. The Laitlum Canyons in one such spot from where the vast, verdant and fascinating panorama of Meghalaya could be viewed and admired. this exotic site is relatively less crowded and less commercial, thus offering a serene, secluded spot for some quiet, peaceful moments. The scenic hill slopes of Laitlum are often called the amphitheatre of Meghalaya. The residents literally farm on the edges of these mist-shrouded cliffs that plunge sharply into the valley below. End of site seeing return to Guwahati. Overnight stay at Guwahati.

Day 5 Guwahati

Umananda TempleNavagraha Temple

After breakfast check out from hotel. As time permits we may take a tour of the Kamakhya Temple and other Temples in Guwahati namely Purva Tirupati Shri Balaji Temple, Sukreswar Temple, Navagraha Temple, Umananda Temple at the Peacock Island which is the smallest inhabited River Island in the World With everlasting memories transfer to Guwahati airport/railway station for onward journey.

50% of the total Tour Cost 7 Days before the Tour Starts.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

30 - 21 Days from Tour Start Date - 75% refund
21- 14 Days from Tour Start Date - 50% refund
14- 7 from Tour Start Date - Days 25% refund
Within 7 days from Tour Start Date - No Refund

Please note: We charge 2.5% of the total amount of booking as our service fee in case of any cancellation over and above the above cancellation charges.
