• Rama Travel World reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice if payment terms are not complied with.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by the client is subject to the following charges:
• 30 days or more before departure: 10% of total package cost
• 15–30 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
• 7–14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
• Less than 7 days: 100% (no refund)
No refund will be provided for:
• No-shows
• Unused services
• Last-minute cancellations
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days, subject to clearance from vendors and service providers.

3. Service Modifications
Rama Travel World reserves the right to modify itineraries, hotel bookings, transportation, or other arrangements due to:
• Force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, etc.)
• Vendor-related issues or operational constraints
Any such changes will be communicated in advance and shall not be considered grounds for refund or legal claim.
Force majeure refers to situations beyond our control, including natural calamities, war, government restrictions, or similar events.

• It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to carry valid ID proof, passport, visa, and other required travel documents.
• Rama Travel World shall not be held liable for visa rejection, delay, or denial of entry by authorities.

5. Liability Disclaimer
Rama Travel World acts solely as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.).
We shall not be liable for:
• Delays, accidents, loss, theft, or damage caused by third-party vendors
• Health issues, medical emergencies, or personal injuries during travel
All disputes are subject to Bhiwadi jurisdiction only.
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

6. Conduct & Compliance
• Travelers must comply with local laws, hotel policies, and tour guidelines.
• Misconduct, illegal activity, or damage to property may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
• Rama Travel World reserves the right to blacklist any client for future bookings in case of non-compliance.
