Acceptance Of Terms

By making a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all the above terms and conditions.
These terms supersede any prior verbal communications or informal agreements.

Payment Terms & Methods :

• All bookings are subject to written confirmation and availability.
• A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to initiate any booking.
• Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the travel date.
• Rama Travel World reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice if payment terms are not complied with.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Cancellation by the client is subject to the following charges:
• 30 days or more before departure: 10% of total package cost
• 15–30 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
• 7–14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
• Less than 7 days: 100% (no refund)

No refund will be provided for:
• No-shows
• Unused services
• Last-minute cancellations

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days, subject to clearance from vendors and service providers.
