Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Dubai

  Welcome to the delightful city of Dubai - a land of surprises surrounded by mysterious deserts and Sand Dunes. Upon arrival, meet our representative outside the airport, who shall guide you to your coach. Enjoy a comfortable drive to your hotel. After checking-in, spend the rest of the day at leisure, followed by a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 2 : Dubai City Tour - Desert Safari

  After enjoying breakfast, set out to explore Dubai and experience both its modern and ancient aspects. You will visit the magnificent Jumeirah Mosque, World Trade Centre, some grand palaces, the fascinating Dubai Museum and many more. In the evening, experience the essence of Dubai on a Desert Safari and enjoy a camel ride or Heena painting and belly dancing.

  • Meals & Drinks : Breakfast

• Day 3 : Dubai - Dhow Cruise

  After a delicious breakfast at the hotel and spend the day at leisure. You may choose to relax in the hotel or go for shopping in one of those swanky malls. In the evening, you will go on a cruise in the traditional Dhow boat, an experience of a lifetime. On the cruise, experience the "City of Lights". Later, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

• Day 4 : Departure

  Good times mostly end leaving behind a trail of golden memories to cherish. After breakfast today, spend some time at leisure or enjoy some last minute shopping as per your flight schedule. Thereafter, check-out from the hotel and take a transfer to the airport to board a return flight. This marks the end of a memorable Dubai holiday.

Above rates are on per person on twin-sharing basis and valid for 02 persons traveling together. Any meals and services unless mentioned in the itinerary are not included. The hotels and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation. Rates may change in case of change in airfare, hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes, entrance fees, visa charges, etc. Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. A surcharge will be levied on weekends (Fridays and Saturdays). The Rate of Exchange shall be the prevailing rate on the date/day of booking. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel. Check-in is at 1500hrs & check-out at 1200hrs. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to room availability. Services not utilised are non-refundable. Rates not valid on blackout dates. Additional surcharge will be added.

Booking Policy:
Within 10 days of the date of travel: 100% tour cost amount. Within 10-20 days of the date of travel : 75% of the tour cost amount. Within more than 20 days of the travel : Booking amount of INR 10,000 per person. Any tour or service that needs to be booked on 100% cancellation: 100% payment towards the component. The transfers will be on mini vans on shared basis. All sight seeings are based on SIC. A private transfer and sight seeing can be added at an additional cost. Some hotels do not permit a CWB. In case the chosen hotel does not CWB, an alternate hotel of the similar category will be provided. The above package is not valid during national holidays, public holidays, festivals, trade fairs, exhibitions, and long weekends. A surcharge will be levied and will be advised at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy :
Booking Amount Non Refundable. 10 Days before the date of travel - 50% of the tour cost will be refunded. 02 Days before the date of travel - 25% of the tour cost will be refunded. No Show - No refunds.

Visa Requirements :
Visa Required for Indians - Yes. Visa on Arrival Policy - NO. Document Requirements. Valid passport with validity of more than six months. All forms need to be Signed by the Applicant and should be taken clear photocopy of the forms.

Note:
Light or bad photocopy of the forms will not be accepted. Confirmed onward air-ticket. Complete an application form (Form 14) and letter of introduction (Form V39A) together with a recent passport-sized photograph. Please note that the photograph must be 35 mm by 45 mm high without border and taken within the last 3 months. It has to be taken full face without headgear (unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in accordance with his/her religious or racial custom but the headgear must not hide the applicant's features). The facial image must be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown taken against a plain white background. The photograph finishing should be matt or semi-matt. Please ensure that your form is properly completed. Ensure that your passport has at least one blank page for the visa to be pasted on. Visa is not issued on page insert/additional sheet. Sufficient funds for the period of stay in Hongkong and Macau. Applicants will have to personally furnish additional documents as and when necessary.
