Day 1 Arrive Chandigarh/delhi - Shimla (113 Kms/03 Hrs From Chandigarh Airport)

Arrive at Chandigarh/Delhi airport or railway station and drive to Shimla. Upon arrival transfer you to the hotel. Day at rest and relaxation. Overnight stay at hotel.

Payment Terms & Methods :

50% Advance for the Land Package Confirmation and balance payment to be deposited before the trip starts
Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
Final Confirmation will be provided on full payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

No Refund or Compensation for any unused services/transportation in any circumstances.
50% cancellation charges if canceled between 19 – 10 Days before the tour.
No refund will be made if canceled 10 days before the tour.
No Refund or Compensation on any changes on the ongoing trip.

Other Terms & Conditions :

All confirmations will be subject to availability of accommodation/air seats.
In case the desired category of Hotels or type of room is not available then the similar hotel will be provided.
Check-in time is 1400 hrs and Check –out is1200 hr
Extra charges are applicable if any change in the itinerary/stays on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond our control.
