The above tour price is based on 30 Full paying adult passengers.

If due to any reason, the group size reduces, automatically the package price will increase accordingly and all traveling passengers will have to pay the difference in the package price.

There will be NO refund for any unutilized service on the Tour.

Non-refundable Booking

On confirmation of your booking, the entire USD / INR payment for the above Package needs to be settled maximum 45 days prior to departure.

The International Check-in time: -1400 hrs. & check-out time is 1200 hrs.

Balance to be paid before the tickets are issued and visa applied for.

In case of any last minute registrations received for a single person or non-availability of finding a twin partner for a single person, single room supplement will have to be borne by the passengers mandatory.

Any change / deviation required from the tour package will be charged Rs. 6000/- per change and will be subject to availability and paying the difference in the air fare if any, as charged by the airlines.

All traveling delegates will have to handover the required documents as specified by the consulates within 05working days of making the booking. If the proper documents are not submitted on time to NEWTECH SERVICES COMPANY by the delegates then we will not be liable for the visa and Urgent visa fees will have to be borne by the passenger.
