Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Haridwar to Barkot Distance: 200 km Travel time: 7-8 hrs

Greet and receive by the cabbie at Haridwar, and you will then be driven to Barkot via Mussoorie. Barkot is about 200 Km from Haridwar, it takes about 7 hours to reach. Not a hectic day, check-in and rest for the night.

Day 2 : Yamunotri Darshan Distance: Drive 38 + Trek 6 km Travel time: Full day hike

Today after breakfast, you will be driven to Jankichatti, about 38 km from Barkot where you will join other pilgrims and head for a 6 km trek to Yamunotri ji temple and dham. After your worship be back to Jankichatti parking and you will be driven back to Barkot Hotel, have dinner, and rest for the night.

Day 3 : Barkot to Uttarkashi Distance: 100 km Travel time: 4-5 hrs

In the morning have your breakfast then check out, you are scheduled to be driven to Uttarkashi. It will be a short drive but very scenic and pleasant. Reach Uttarkashi, check-in, visit Lord Vishwanath temple, and explore the neighborhood. By evening be back at Hotel have dinner and rest for the night.

Day 4 : Gangotri Darshan Distance: One side 100 Km Travel time: 4-5 hrs

Today have your breakfast in the morning and you will be taken to Gangotri Dham. It's a 100 km drive and can take longer than expected. After darshan be back to the parking for your cab, on the way back you can visit Harshil if time permits. Night stay at same Hotel in Uttarkashi.

Day 5 : Uttarkashi to Guptkashi Distance: 200 km Travel time: 7-8 hrs

Have your breakfast in the morning and you will be driven to Guptkashi. Check in to the hotel, have dinner, and rest for the night, it will be a long day the next rest and acclimatize.

Day 6 : Kedarnath Darshan Distance: 15 Km 1 hr drive half hr flight

Have your breakfast in Hotel at Guptkashi, then head out to Kedarnath Darshan. At Phata after all your registrations you will be flown to Kedarnath helipad according to your booking time. At Kedarnath Dham, feel the energy of the place and after taking blessings head back to the helipad for your flight back. The cab will be waiting for you at the designated parking you will then be driven back to your hotel at Guptkashi

Day 7 : Guptkashi to Badrinath Distance: 170 Km Travel time: 6-7 hrs

Today after breakfast, you will checkout and be driven to Badrinath. Check-in at Hotel there and then you can head to Mana village, the first Indian village from the China-Tibetan border. Be back at the hotel by evening and rest for the night.

Day 8 : Badrinath Darshan, then to Rudraprayag Distance: 160 Km Travel time: 6-7 hrs

Today after breakfast checkout, keep your luggage at the hotel or in Cab and head to Badrinath Dham for darshan. After darshan we will drive to Rudraprayag, no rush but make sure you have your darshan before lunch, the whole Badrinath complex is huge and it takes time. After arrival at Rudraprayag, check in to the hotel, have dinner, and rest for the night

Day 9 : Rudraprayag to Haridwar Distance: 160 Km Travel time: 6-7 hrs

Today after breakfast at Rudraprayag Hotel, check out and head to Haridwar, you will be dropped at the railway/bus stop for your onward journey as per your request.

Terms & Conditions

The above-mentioned Itinerary is completely interdependent on weather conditions, please make sure you pay heed to the cab driver's suggestions.
The cab and the driver are not available for personal purposes, you can always ask to hire with payment as agreeable by the driver and owner.
The meals are solely on the buffet system, anything ordered apart from the buffet will have to be paid directly by the guests.
Just Traventure will not be held responsible for delays in Flights or Buses. Please make sure you take considerable time to manage your availability at the pre-requisite timing
Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals on independent booking or confirmation only after initial payment/booking amount.
Hotel rooms shall be booked in the base category of the hotel, if an aforementioned mentioned hotel is out of room the room shall be booked in a similar hotel with proper intimation to the client.
Rates may change with changes in room category and travel preferences. It will be intimated before the booking.
Please take full responsibility for your belonging as the driver and JUST Traventure cannot be held responsible for losses that occurred on the trip.
Just Traventure assumes no responsibility for any malfunction/wear and tear to your clothes, supplies, or other belongings while in the camp/hotel. Just traventure is not responsible for any injuries caused during the trip due to any unforeseeable circumstances.
Just traventure is not responsible for any loss of personal belonging and or damage to camp/hotel properties, the latter will have to be completely borne by the guests.
The package's price does not include any meals apart from the above-mentioned, cost for tips, medications, and satellite calls. Other transportation assistance apart from what is mentioned above. All other expenses to be borne by the guests.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :
50% of the package value will be paid in advance.
Other 50% complete payment at least 7 days before DOJ.
Travel ticket fares are to be paid in full in advance as per the client's requirements.
Change of date up to 10 days before DOJ on extra chargeable as applicable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
A flat 20% cancellation fee is levied on any cancellation beyond 24 hrs from the payment confirmation.
50% Cancellation fees are levied if canceled on or after 25 days before DOJ.
90% cancellation fees are levied if canceled on or after 7 days before DOJ.
In case of a no-show, 100% of the total value is non-refundable.
Travel ticket cancellation will be solely based on government norms or the concerned company's criterion.
No refund shall be applicable on unutilized services once the time window has passed.
If a trip is canceled at the last minute due to a natural disaster or unforeseeable circumstances (such as floods, earthquakes, landslides, or attacks), Just Traventure will have a voucher issued for up to 60% value of the booking. The voucher can be used for the same or a different package over a year.
