Day 1

Srinagar Arrival - Sonamarg 86 Kms 2.5 Hrs Aprox

You will be received by our representative and will be transferred to Sonamarg hotel. Welcome drink on arrival. This afternoon/evening enjoy the scenic beauty of sparkling mountains and thajwas glacier at Sonamarg . Dinner and overnight stay at houseboat in hotel at sonamarg.

Day 2

Sonamarg To Kargil (123 Kms 3.5 Hrs Approx): After Breakfast Drive To Kargil Via Zuzla Pass 14500 F

Once we cross we will reach to Drass the Asian third coldest place will have the galance of Tololin hills opposite of Drass market on the way to Kargil we will visit 1999 war memorial , then transfer to hotel for overnight stay and dinner.

Kargil-leh Via Lamayuru (213 Kms 5.5 Hrs Approx)

After breakfast drive towards leh via lamayuru , moon land the world famous moon land and then drive to leh on the way we will see sangam point magnetic hill then transfer to hotel for dinner a nd overnight stay.

Leh - Nubra Valley(valley Of Flowers 125 Kms 4.5hrs)

After an early breakfast begin your journe y to nubra valley via the world poplur khardungla pass. At an altitude of 18360fts, it is one of the highest motorable passes. As you reach the valley, check in to the camp/hotel later on visit the silver sand dunes near hunder village .hop on to a double humped camel for a memorable camel safari around the place. The next to the village of diskit and hunder. The road trip in this region is a beautiful one. These places oven monasteries and hot springs get a sneak- peak into the life style of the locals. Stay overnight at the camp.

Nubra-pangong Lake 274 Kms 7hrs 50 Mints Approx

Pangong Lake

After breakfast drive to Pangong Lake via khardubgla pass,(there are 3 direct routes to pangong lake tso preference will be ba sed on weather conditions). pangong lake circuit. This root takes the past picturesque villages of shey and thiksey, and turn of the Indus valley of chemrey and sakti. The Ladakh range is crossed by the changla passes 18000fts /5475mtrs which despite its great elevation is one of the easier passes, remaining open for much of the year even in winter, apart from periods of actual snowfall.Tangse, just beyond the foot of the pass, has an ancient temple overnight and dinner at camp/hut.

Leh (monestary Tour)

After breakfast proceed to shey. It was ancient capital of Ladakh and even afte r singee namgyal built the more imposing palace at Leh, thiksey is one of the largest and most impressive gompa. there are several temples in this gompa containing images, it also houses a two storied statue of Buddha which has the main prayer hall around its shoulders proceed to hemis –which is dedicated to padhmasambhava, what avistor can observe of seens in which the lamas robed in gowns of rich, brightly coloured brocade and sporting masks sometimes bizarrely hideous, parade in solemn dance and mime around the huge flag pole in the centre of court yard to the plaintive melody of Shawn. Hemis was founded in the 1630 by tsang – ras-pa under the royal patronage of singee namgyal, hemis is the largest and richest of the Ladakh gompa. we shall offer similar Hotel.
 April & October Month, Pangong Lake Journey will be done in one-day excursion.
 No Refund or Compensation for any unused services / transportation in any circumstance.
 Visit to all Museums in program is subject to their remaining open on day of visit as per rules of
competent authority.
 We will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason
given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by
passenger.
 In case of increase in Airfare (If included) we shall be duly compensated by actual supplement
cost at time of booking.
 There would be no refund for the road blocks at Nubra Valley | Pangong Lake & Tsomoriri Lake
due to natural calamity. The alternate accommodation Cost at Leh due to the same should be bear
by the passenger directly.
 No changes in the date of travel once booked.
 All Rates & bookings subject to availability.
 Rates are subject to change.
 Room allotment will be as per availability at the time of check in, floor or view preferences are not
guaranteed.
 Food menu as per availability of vegetables based on Buffet | Fixed menus.
 25% advance (Non Refundable) to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation & Balance
75% one month prior to arrival.
 Cost of Child between 5 to 11 Yrs (Without Bed only) & Children above the age of 12 years will be
charged the applicable adult rates & for extra Bed kindly consider the cost of Extra Bed.
 Child below 5 Yrs of age will be complimentary without extra Bed.
 Maximum 6 Pax can be accommodated in one vehicle (Scorpio or Innova Similar).
 Any addition in Tax or Fuel charge done by Airlines / Transport Company etc. will be chargeable
to group members.
 All expenses which are not included in the cost of package shall be paid directly by tourist at the
time of checkout.
 All tourists are advised to take comprehensive Insurance on their own.
 The timings given in itinerary and program may be changed without notice keeping in mind local
development.
 Journey can be arranged from Delhi / Chandigarh / Jammu Railway Station or Airport at Nominal
Extra charges.
 Hotel Accommodation in Delhi | Chandigarh | Manali | Keylong | Jammu | Srinagar can be arranged
on best deals.
 Blocking of Rooms will be hold for period of 07 Days only.
 Tour is organized on the basis final instructions and requirements received from yourselves and
on your own risk and responsibilities.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

 15% cancellation charges if cancelled before 30 days before the tour.
 25% cancellation charges if cancelled within a 20 days before the tour.
 50% cancellation charges if cancelled within a 10 days before the tour.
 No refund for tour starting within 15 days of tour or after starting or middle of the tour.
 No Show 100% of tour cost.
 During High peak season period, Hotels Specific Cancellation Policies will be applicable in these
cases the hotels may not refund any amount if the booking is cancelled after issuance of Hotel
Voucher.
 The Process of Refund will take around 60 days to complete & the refund will be paid by Cheque
or credit note only.
