IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • For Helicopter:
  • Guests opting for helicopter services will be transferred by our driver to the respective helipad (Phata / Guptkashi / Sersi) as per the helicopter ticket schedule. Guests must inform the driver about helicopter timing at least one day in advance. Please note that different helicopter operators operate from different helipads. Our driver will assist with hotel-to helipad pick-up and drop. After reaching Kedarnath by helicopter, guests will proceed for darshan at Kedarnath Temple. After darshan, guests will return by helicopter, and our driver will be available at the helipad to transfer them back to the hotel.
  • For Trek Route:
  • Guests choosing the trek route will begin their journey early morning after breakfast. The vehicle will drop guests at Sonprayag, from where a local shared jeep is required to reach Gaurikund (approximately 5 km, payable directly by the guest). From Gaurikund, guests will trek 16 km to Kedarnath. Pony, horse, and palki services are available at Gaurikund at additional cost. After darshan, guests must trek back to Gaurikund and take a local jeep to Sonprayag at their own expense. Due to parking restrictions and limited network connectivity, the driver may be stationed at a nearby point, and guests may need to wait or arrange a local transfer if required.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% balance amount must be paid at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Booking confirmation will be processed only after receiving the advance amount.
Once the booking is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours. In case the preferred hotels or travel slots are unavailable, an alternative option of similar category will be provided.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

If the booking is cancelled 30 days or more before the start date of the tour, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If the cancellation is made between 15 to 30 days prior to the tour start date, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled within 0 to 15 days before the tour start date, 100% of the tour cost will be charged and no refund will be applicable.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, government restrictions, road closures, or natural calamities, certain activities may be cancelled. In such situations, the company will try its best to provide an alternate feasible arrangement, however no refund will be applicable for the cancelled services.
