IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Helicopter यात्रिय हेतु:
  • Driver will transfer guests to respective helipad as per schedule. Guests must inform timing one day prior.
  • Trek Route यात्रिय हेतु:
  • For Kedarnath : Drop at Sonprayag → Local jeep to Gaurikund (own cost) → 16 km trek to Kedarnath.
  • Pony / Palki available at additional cost (on your own)
  • For Yamunotri : 6 km trek to Yamunotri from janki chatti - Pony / Palki available at additional cost (on your own.)

Terms & Conditions

  • Booking of hotels depends on hotel availability on the day of booking. In case of non-availability, an equivalent property will be booked.
  • Generally, hotel check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM across India. Confirmed early check-in or late check-out will be chargeable if not included in the package cost.
  • If meals are included in the package, they will be served on a set-menu or buffet basis. Any items not included in the buffet/fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of consumption. Room service for food or food packing is chargeable at many hotels. Normally, in Char Dham you will get North Indian-type food only, and most standard and deluxe hotels serve a thali if meals are included in the package.
  • Breakfast Timing: 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM and Dinner: 07:00 PM to 10:00 PM. (For timings, you can contact the hotel management.)
  • In hill areas, many hotels do not have AC. If you require AC, kindly confirm with the company regarding the same. Lift facility and power backup are not available in most hotels in Char Dham. Wi-Fi facility and room heaters are mostly chargeable, but do not expect good Wi-Fi in Char Dham hotels due to network issues.
  • Most hotels in Char Dham do not operate throughout the year, so do not expect the same service and room quality that you get in Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Delhi in the same price range. Especially during May, June, and other peak periods, budget/standard hotels in Char Dham can cost more than deluxe hotels in Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Delhi. If you want to stay in good hotels with good reviews, you should book at least 3 months in advance for May-June and 1–2 months in advance for the October-November season, as good hotels are mostly booked in advance by groups.
  • Strictly no alcohol or illicit drugs during the Yatra.
  • AC will not work in all hill areas or when the vehicle is stopped/parked. Hill areas start from Dehradun onwards as well as from Rishikesh onwards, and AC will not work beyond those points.
  • The vehicle will be permitted for sightseeing points on the route, within city limits, or as mentioned in the itinerary. No refund is possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered. If you wish to include any excursions, kindly inform the company in advance or discuss them with the company rather than the driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together. However, in case of issues with a particular place, adjustments may be made. On the Char Dham route, some places such as Trijuginarayan, Auli, Kalimath, Neelkanth Mahadev, Adi Badri, and Bhavishya Badri are not on the way. Kindly contact the company directly if you wish to include these places rather than discussing them with the driver.
  • If the vehicle breaks down due to technical reasons, we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible in case of major problems. For minor issues that do not require much time, the vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
  • We shall not be responsible for any delays, alterations in the program, or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, transport breakdowns, weather, sickness, landslides, road closures/blockades due to political unrest, or any such incidents.
  • In case the driver is not cooperative, kindly contact the company immediately.
  • The driver will not drive in no-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads that may create traffic jams. The normal working hours of the driver are 12 hours. If you require services for more than 12 hours in a day, kindly inform us in advance.
  • In some hilly areas, driving after sunset and playing music is not allowed due to safety concerns. Kindly cooperate.
  • The pickup and drop point will be one only. (If multiple pickup and drop points are required, please mention them in the email conversation before booking.)
  • The tour destination/route cannot be changed without prior notice. (Amended routes and tour destination rates may change.)
  • At many tourist destinations and hill stations, some roads, shopping markets, and mall roads have "NO ENTRY" restrictions for all or some larger tourist vehicles, depending on the destination and time restrictions. In such cases, guests will have to arrange alternative local transport at their own cost on a direct payment basis. This cost is not included in the package.
  • Sometimes, the vehicle parking area is located some distance from the sightseeing spots. Guests are required to reach the sightseeing point from the parking area at their own expense.
  • No refund will be provided for a short stay or unavailed facilities.
  • No cancellation or refund will be made if the situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslides, climatic conditions, natural disasters, fire, government embargoes, political or national crises, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism, strikes, or problems related to airlines, railways, buses, hotels, transporters, labour unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational or technical issues, route or flight cancellations, or any other circumstances beyond our control that prevent the customer from reaching the destination.
  • The company is not responsible for any accident, injury, death, or theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
  • All rights are reserved by the management to cancel any service without any refund until the full advance amount towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by the company.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

30+ days before travel – 25% cancellation charge
15–30 days before travel – 50% cancellation charge
0–15 days before travel – 100% charge (No refund)
No refund for delays due to weather, government rules, roadblocks, or natural calamities.
