Chardham Yatra Itinerary - Ex Delhi Package Budget

Pickup from Delhi and drive approximately 240 KM to Haridwar. On arrival visit Har ki Pauri and attend the evening Ganga Aarti, visit Daksha Mahadev Temple and explore the local market and other temples time permitting. Evening includes dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Haridwar.

After breakfast in Haridwar depart for Barkot covering approx 190 KM via Mussoorie or Chamba. Evening arrival in Barkot with hotel check in, dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Early morning drive to Janki Chatti and start the 6 KM trek to Yamunotri. Options for walk, horse or doli are available at own cost. Perform holy dip in the hot kund, have darshan and receive blessings of Maa Yamuna Ji, then return to Barkot and reach hotel by evening for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast depart Barkot for Uttarkashi on a scenic mountain drive of approx 90 KM. Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple and explore local markets for pahadi items. Evening includes dinner and overnight stay at Uttarkashi hotel.

Early breakfast and depart for Gangotri via Harsil Valley covering approx 100 KM round trip. Visit Gangotri Temple, take a holy dip at the origin of River Ganga, visit Surya Kund and return to Uttarkashi by evening for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast drive from Uttarkashi to Guptkashi / Phata / Sersi covering approx 220 KM. Arrive at the hotel by evening for dinner and overnight stay in preparation for the Kedarnath visit.

Early morning breakfast and checkout, drive to Sonprayag then take the permitted govt taxi from Sonprayag to Gaurikund (private vehicles not allowed beyond Sonprayag). Begin the trek to Kedarnath (or opt for helicopter at own cost) involving a 7 KM drive plus approx 18 KM trek. Reach Kedarnath by evening, check in at very basic accommodation due to high altitude and limited availability, experience the divine darshan at Lord Shiva's abode and overnight stay at Kedarnath.

Early morning Kedarnath darshan, then trek down to Sonprayag. From Sonprayag drive back to Guptkashi / Phata / Sersi for dinner and overnight stay.

Drive via scenic route including Chopta to Pipalkoti. Arrive and check in to hotel in Pipalkoti, spend relaxation time and have dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Drive to Badrinath via Joshimath, visit Narsingh Temple in Joshimath and perform Badrinath Temple darshan. Visit Mana Village, the first village of India, see the origin of Maa Saraswati River, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa and Bhim Pul. Return to Pipalkoti in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast drive from Pipalkoti to Haridwar with an expected travel time of 8 to 9 hours depending on traffic. En route visit Devprayag for sangam darshan and Dhari Devi darshan. Reach Haridwar by evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast at Haridwar and drive back to Delhi by afternoon subject to traffic. End of journey with blessings and memories.
