Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi to Auli

  On the first day, you will reach Delhi, from where the journey commences. Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be transferred to Auli via a scenic route awash with stunning vistas.Auli is a beautiful hill station that offers respite from the tropical heat of the country. Although it is primarily a ski destination in the hills, there are several other reasons so as to why it attracts hordes of travellers throughout the year. It is a sightseers paradise as the location amidst verdant greenery and views of the lofty snow-clad mountains forms a sight to behold. Not only this, but Auli falls on the way to the Char Dhams of Uttarakhand; thus attaining some more popularity than it already has. As you reach Auli, check-in at the pre-arranged hotel and spend some time relaxing and resting. Afterwards, you can choose to stay back and indulge in leisurely activities or step out and explore the surroundings of this hilly vacation paradise. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

• Day 2 : Sightseeing in Auli

  In the morning, freshen up and leave for the sightseeing excursion of Auli and its beautiful surroundings. There is no dearth of tourist attractions in this hill station, which is why travellers frequent it quite often.A few kilometres from Auli is situated Gurso Bugyal, which is a large tract of green pastures set amidst dense forests. Close to it lies Chattrakund – a sparkling sweet water lake situated at an elevation of above 3000 metres. Another well-known water body in Auli is the crystal-clear Artificial Lake, which is amongst the highest man-made lakes in the world. It was established to provide artificial snow for the purpose of skiing on the slopes when snowfall is scarce.You can head to Joshimath, which is a small hamlet located close to Auli. It is one of the four maths established by Adi Guru Shankaracharya, and houses several ancient temples of immense religious significance for the Hindus. While being here, you can also explore the nearby Chenab Lake, which is serene and unpolluted as compared to any other place. Another place of reverence that you can visit is Bhavishya Badri, which is believed to be worshipped as the substitute of the Badrinath shrine in the far future. After a full-day excursion of the hill station, come back to the hotel for overnight stay.

• Day 3 : Auli to Delhi

  On this day, check-out from the hotel and leave for Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, proceed on the onward journey back home as the tour now comes to an end.
