Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : DEPARTURE TO CHOPTA

Departure in the evening to Chopta.
The group will assemble at the pickup point.
Afterward, You'll be introduced to the team captains and the whole group.
Halt for dinner in between(not on us).

Day 2 : DEVPRAYAG - DHARIDEVI - CHOPTA

Reach Devprayag in morning sightseeing for Alaknanda Baghirati Sangam on route to chopta visit Dhari Devi.
Reach Chopta, Swiss camp Check-in. Freshen up & rest for some time. Enjoy the views in the lap of nature. Followed by dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 : TUNGNATH AND CHANDRASHILA

Wake up early & witness the beautiful sunrise.
Start your day early today. Have breakfast and leave for Tungnath. Start your trek to Tungnath(World’s highest Shiva temple) Reach Tungnath & pay your respect at the highest abode of Lord Shiva.
Start your journey to Chandrashila peak (if weather permits). Come back by the evening. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4 : DEORIA TAL TREK TO DEPARTURE

Wake up and have your breakfast.
Check-out and leave for Sari Village(Base point for Deoria Tal trek) Reach Deoria Tal and enjoy the picturesque views. Trek back to Sari Village.
Departure from Deoria Tal in the evening.

Anything else not mentioned in the inclusions.
Cost incurred due to change in itinerary due to landslides, roadblocks or factors beyond human control.
The package doesn't include the cost of any form of insurance, rescue, evacuation, hospitalisation and entry tickets.
Other expenses such as drinks and tips are not included. Any additional expenses such as of personal nature.
Additional accommodation/food costs incurred due to any delay travel.
Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in Package Inclusions. Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions” or any type of transportation.
Hotel transport and other costs added to the trip, in addition to proposed plan due to road blockage, snowfall, political unrest or landslide, Health reason, has to be paid on actual basis, by participants. Travel or medical insurance and Any medical emergency

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods : * 20% Advance Percentage of total booking amount

Cancellation & Refund Policy :Free Cancellation up to 45 days before the departure date. (Booking amount is non-refundable)
44 Days to 30 days of Departure date. 10% of the total Trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. 29 Days to 20 Days of Departure date. 25% of the total trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. 19 Days to 10 Days of Departure date. 50% of the total trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. 10 Days to 6 Days of Departure date. 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
6 Days to Trip Departure date. 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
No Show. No refund.
Please also note that the booking amount for all packages/trips is non-refundable whereas a Credit Note can be issued if the cancellation is made 3 days before the departure date (at the discretion of the organization)
In case of government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we work out the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks. At times even if certain activities are canceled, the organization provides the best alternative but no refunds would be provided.
If a trip/trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.), Just Travel will issue a refund in the form of JW Cash and if possible will provide an alternative as well. The amount can be redeemed for the same or another trip/trek in the next 365 days from the departure date.
If a trek/trip cannot be completed due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). No refund would be provided.
Any extra expense incurred due to any natural
calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.), will be borne by the customer. The company will not be liable.
Cancellations policy will differ during the peak season and for popular places.
