Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Go to Huayna Potosí

  This day begins with the concentration in our office at 08:30, to test the climbing equipment and then we go on private mobility to the Base Camp (4700m), 1 hour and 45 minutes away from the city of La Peace and around 11:00 am lunch, after lunch begins the hike to the distant Old Glacier at 1 and a half hours, where we practice ice climbing, making use of all equipment, after 1 hour of practice we return to Shelter of the Base Camp. At 18:00 we had dinner and then we rested.
• Day 2 : Acclimatization & Ascent

  This day we rest in the morning and we have lunch in the base camp to have a better acclimatization we have the lunch we started the ascent, after 1 hour we prepared our things to ascend to the shelter of Campo Alto (5130 m.), Arriving at this after 3 hours, we have dinner and free time that is used for acclimatization, around 18:00 we rest until midnight
• Day 3 : Ascent to the Top & Return

  The 3rd day begins very early, around midnight with breakfast, beginning the ascent to the top of Huayna Potosi at 01:00, from the Campo Alto climb on glacier, the route has an average slope of 35 ° to 40 ° and the ascent has an average duration of 4 to 7 hours.
