Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival In Shimla

  Arrival in Shimla railway station, meet & greet with our representative &
  Transfer to Shimla Arrive at Shimla check in to hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

  • Meals & Drinks : Welcome Drink, Dinner

• Day 2 : Shimla-Kufri Sightseeing (30 Km)

  Today Morning After breakfast, enjoy local sightseeing of Shimla in Kufri, Jakhoo Temple. Later in the afternoon at 3-4 pm return to Shimla. Then you are free to explore The Mall Road, Ridge, Advance study, Temple, and Scandal Point. Lakkar Bazaar, Christ church and Lower Bazaar. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 3 : Shimla-Kullu-Manali (270 Km/ 7-8 Hrs)

  Today morning after breakfast check out from the Hotel & drive to Manali (7-8 Hours), valley of Gods. Enroute Visit Pando dam, Hanogi Mata Temple, Kullu Valley, Vaishno Devi Temple and world famous Pashmina Shawl Industry. Arrive & transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner & Overnight stay in hotel.

• Day 4 : Manali Local Sightseeing

  Today Morning After breakfast excursion Manali local sightseeing including Hidimba Devi Temple, Vashisht village & Tibetan Monastery, Club House, Van Vihar and Mall Road. Rest of the day free for leisure. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 5 : Rohtang Pass Up To Snow Line (51 Km)

  Today Morning after breakfast proceed for full day tour of Rohtang Pass up to snow line – The majesty of the mountains and the glaciers can be seen at their best After enjoying this snowy heaven. Enjoy Snow Scooter’s Ride and Take asledge ride down the slopes & try luck by climbing the little snow hills. On descanting to Manali, halt at the Rahala falls. The Magnificent views and natural beauty are a never-ending source of delight. Also halt at Marhi, Ralha falls, Nehru Kund. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 6 : Manali-Kullu-Manikaran-Manali (8Kms)

  Today morning after breakfast excursion to KULLU AND MANIKARAN. On arrival in Kullu you can do River Rafting and shopping of World famous Pashmina Shawls. Then visit Vaishno Devi Temple. After that proceed towards Manikaran. On arrival take a bath in Natural Hot Springs of Sulphur and then visit old Ram Temple and Gurudwara. Manikaran is located in the Parvati valley (Altitude of 1760 Meters) and along the river Beas. Later at 5 pm return to Manali. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability)


• Check out time of the hotel mentioned is 10:00 hrs. Check in time is 12:00 noon.(Early check in is subject to availability)


• We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.


• We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.


• Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.

CHILD POLICY:-

• Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed.


• (Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in hotel.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE

• For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.


• INR 2500/- will be charged extra for Prepone/postpone.

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS

• If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including nonpayment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows:-


• 30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non refundable, advance will be charged.


• 30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.


• 14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.


• 07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.


• There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.


• Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing.


• All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company.


• However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.


• The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air / train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline /railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party. The Company is also


• liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION:-

• For Package conformation you need to deposit only 50 % Payment in Our Company Account given below and receive your Booking Voucher (Please do mail the screenshot of the mode of advance payment).


• Account Details: Axis Bank Customers can make an online transfer of payments to our account. From your Bank of India account, you can make a Third Party Transfer to our account.

BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS:

• Once the deposit is made, we will send you Volvo bus ticket and hotel reservation voucher by mail. You need to be at Volvo departure place on tentative date and time.


• Once you are in Manali our car will pick you up and take to our hotel and the remaining schedule will be according to the itinerary
