  Upon arrival at the airport or railway station in Bangalore, our tour representative will assist you towards the vehicle allotted to you for your tour. We will drive you further from Bangalore to the hotel in Coorg.
  
  Complete the check-in formalities and relax at the hotel. Evening is free for leisure activities.

  This morning after the delicious breakfast at the hotel step out for the local sightseeing tour. Today you will see Madikeri Fort - Historic fort with sculptures & a museum, Raja's Tomb - 19th-century royal tombs with city views and Raja Seat. Later drive back to the hotel and enjoy lunch. Evening is free for leisure activities. Overnight at Hotel in Coorg.

• GST above the total billing.
• Cost of Air / Train / Bus fare other than specified. Your price starts Ex-hub.
• Meals other than specified.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone bills, bar bills, tips & gratuity, bottled water etc.
• Any additional costs because of additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle other than mentioned in the itinerary will be recovered directly from the guests. Such additional costs are also applicable for usage of vehicle and guide beyond the specified time or normal working hours as mentioned above.
• Any cost arising due to unforeseen events like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. Such expenses will be recovered directly from the guests on the spot.
• Any increase in government taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
• Anything which is not listed under the column “Package Cost Includes”.
• Cost for RT-PCR / Antigen test.
• Surcharge for Long Weekends, Festive Season, Christmas and New Year, Gala dinner charges for Christmas and New Year eve.

Payment Policy - Online Advance as per Website
Within 45 to 30 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of total tour cost or Non Refundable component whichever is higher
Within 30 days prior to the departure of the tour - 100% of total tour cost
All Prices are in Indian Rupees and subject to change without prior notice.

In case FIT flight inclusive package, full amount of flight will be payable at the time of booking.

For Air tickets being issued / blocked on time limit: Full INR component to be collected before issuance, else price will be subject to change.

Tour prices are valid for Indian Nationals & Foreigners holding Indian Resident Permit.

Booking confirmations are subject to availability.

All Hotels Rooms are subject to availability

We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.

Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable

Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & We will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance.
