  • • For solo travellers, a single occupancy supplement will apply.

  • • Rates are not valid during peak/high season (e.g. long weekends, summer holidays, Christmas & New Year period).
  • • Please request an updated quote at the time of booking.
  • • Rates are valid for Indian Nationals only (foreign nationals may have additional entry fees/safari charges).
  • • Child Policy:
  • • Children below 5 years – complimentary (without extra bed).
  • • Children between 5–11 years – 50% of adult cost (with/without bed depending on hotel policy).
  • • Standard hotel check-in is 12:00 noon & check-out is 10:00 am. Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability.
  • • In case of natural calamities (landslides, heavy rains, road blockage), alternate arrangements will be made.
  • • Final confirmation of hotels/transport/safari depends on availability at the time of booking. Equivalent hotels/resorts will be provided in case of unavailability.
  • • Safari bookings in Jim Corbett are subject to availability and Forest Department rules.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

30+ days before travel: Full refund (minus transaction charges).
15–30 days before travel: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days: No refund.
