Corbett National Park Tour

Early morning pick up from hotel / Airport / Railway station and proceed for Jim Corbett National Park by surface. Corbett National Park is one of the greatest National Parks in Asia with over 1300 sq kms of forests, hills and grasslands, fed by a frisky river. Its proximity to Delhi and prolific wildlife makes Corbett one of the must visit destinations in India. A biodiversity that is rich, rare and precious, it is the perfect habitat for the tiger, elephant, hog deer and many other species. Another attraction much to angler's delight is the Ramganga River that flows through the park with fattened Mahseer hidden within its water. Upon arrival check in at hotel and after lunch, you will be taken for a Canter Safari to Bijrani / Jhirna / Sitabani range forest for tiger tracking and wildlife viewing. The duration of safari is about three to four hours and is conducted early morning or in the afternoon till sunset. Each jeep can seat upto four persons comfortably. Besides the visitors, the jeep has an expert driver and a nature guide.

After breakfast, proceed for Jeep /Canter safari through the stately dense Sal jungle and the wildlife adventure of Corbett begins. Safari by the lower jungle track along the Ramganga River accompanied by an expert guide. A great opportunity for viewing wildlife, especially the tiger in its natural habitat. Cross the river at Gethia Rao Bridge for the Kanda Range, where Jim Corbett shot the famous Kanda man-eater. Arrive at the main tourist complex, Dhikala. Lunch and relax a bit in the serene, lingering quietness of the park and capture the panoramic expanse on your camera. Visit one of the best wildlife libraries of India. Later transfer to hotel. After breakfast leave for Delhi by surface. Upon arrival transfer to International airport to board the flight for onward destination / hotel.
