Darjeeling Holiday Tour With Kalimpong 01 Night, Gangtok 03 Nights, Lachung 01 Night, Pelling 02 Nights, Darjeeling 02 Nights.

Dear Guest/ travelers, you are requested to fill booking form in details with arrival-departure schedule and destination want to cover mentioning number of person with age of all. We will work out on total package cost of your modified tour itinerary and mail to you, after confirmation of your customized tour itinerary 50% amount has to be paid in advance and rest has be to paid after check in at first destination of hotel.

After making advance payment,we will immediately send you hotel confirmation vouchers with address details and advance payment receipt.

During booking/query kindly provide proper phone no.and address and email i.d.

BOOKING POLICY/ CONFIRMATION
50% advance is to be paid to confirm the booking. we will mail you advance acknowledgement receipt of payment and Hotel booking vouchers by mail or courier.
Balance payment is to be made at the time of first hotel check in.

PAYMENT
Out station cheques are accepted at the time of confirm of booking and will confirm the same after crediting the amount or can pay by online transfer/ E-banking.
For the settlement of final payment, out station cheques is accepted if issued in advance time of 8 days prior to your departure/Check out.

CONVEYANCE/TRANSPORT FACILITY TERMS AND CONDITION
Conveyance/vehicle will be deployed on point to point service as per itinerary as same vehicle will not be allowed to all the places, we need to change the vehicle as in Darjeeling West Bengal permit vehicle and in Sikkim Local permit vehicles, North Sikkim and Tsongo Lake of different permit vehicles.
In case delay arrival at ariprt/NJP / Pick up point 6 hours and more waiting charges will be levied for the time.
In case delay arrival at airport/NJP /pick up point 10-12 hours full pick up charges will be levied of the day and in case of night halt charges will be extra.
In case of No-show on arrival date full day pick up charges will be levied of that day.

In case of breakdown of vehicle/Machinery fault arises during your journey which is not repairable then we will change the vehicle, time permitted.
In case of road blockage due to natural calamity 6 hours and more then we will arrange alternative arrangement for Trans shift or other option.

IMPORTANT FOR GANGTOK

Kindly arrange to carry /provide 2 passport size photograph of each person for Tsongmo Lake/ permit and 2 each for if you are visiting Lachen or Lachung permit and 2 copies of photocopies i.d.proof of each person. (Pan Card not accepted).
All these documents packets mentioning name,age and address need to courier in advance time to obtain restricted and Protected area permit . On none availability of document we will not be responsible for delay departure for the destination of restricted and protected area.

CLOTHING:
Winter: October-November-December,January and Mid- of February: Heavy woolen clothes are required.
Summer: Mid-of February to September Light woolen clothes are required.Best time for Flowers lovers.
Snow fall period: 1st.week of Jan to Mid- of March.Best time for Snow lovers.

Kindly mention of senior citizen and infants with age to enable us for room allotment properly.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Bagdogra - Kalimpong

  Meet and greet at airport/njp and transfer to Kalimpong a beautiful hill Town in a peaceful environment max.2:5 hours drive from Darjeeling hill via Peshoke tea Garden, Teesta River check in hotel and evening visit Kalimpong Market by walking (closed at 7 pm) overnight stay.

• Day 2 : Kalimpong Sightseeing - Gangtok

  After breakfast at 8 am enjoy Kalimpong sightseeing Dr.Graham's Home school, Delo hills, Science City, Flower nursery, Mangal Dham and after Lunch transfer to Gangtok on the way visit Hanuman Temple 2:5 hours drive to Gangtok (5600ft) Capital of Sikkim,check in hotel and overnight halt.

• Day 3 : Full Day Excursion To Lake and Baba Mandir

  In the morning go on full day excursion trip to, Tsomgo Lake (12400 ft), and Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir which is only 32 km. from Gangtok, the lake is about 1 km long, oval in shape and 15 mtrs deep. The lake is considered sacred by the local people. Spend the evening at Gangtok for shopping and individual activity.

• Day 4 : Gangtok - Lachung

  Morning at around 10:00 a.m. - transfer to Lachung 6 hours. En-route visit Seven Sisters Water Falls, Singhik view point from where one can get one of the most spectacular and close views of Mt. Khancendzonga and its ranges. on the way lunch, Tea break at Chugthang-sub-divisional town of North Sikkim 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Arrival at Lachung stay.

• Day 5 : Lachung - Yumthang - Gangtok

  Morning after breakfast excursion trip to yumthang valley 24 km. from Lachung at 11800 ft.Its known as valley of flowers- with marvelous blend of flora & fauna and hot springs back to hotel at Lachung and after Lunch transfer to Gangtok,reaching by eveing at 6 pm.

• Day 6 : Gangtok Local Sightseeing and Proceed Pelling

  After breakfast enjoy Gangtok sightseeing, Banjhakri Water falls and Garden, Chorten Stupa, Tibetology, Ropeway ride (Cable car), and transfer to Pelling west Sikkim 6 hours drive a beautiful village form where one can see closest view of Mt.Kanchendzonga and other Snow peaks 6 hours drive check in hotel and overnight stay.

• Day 7 : Pelling Day Excursion

  After breakfast enjoy Pelling sightseeing covers:Khehcepelri Lake(A sacred Lake(Hinduism and Buddhism pray here to fulfill their wish, and of the holy Lake in Sikkim) and also known as wishing Lake 2 hours drive from Hotel, Rimbi Rock Garden(Garden at River valley), Rimbi Water fall, Kanchendzonga water falls on the way back to Hotel visit Darap Village (Tribal village of Limbu community of Sikkim), after lunch visit Pemyangtse Monastery, Rapdentse Ruins(Ruins palace, it was the 2nd. Capital of Sikkim after Yuksam at west Sikkim) and Sunset points night halt at Pelling.

• Day 8 : Pelling - Darjeeling

  After breakfast transfer Darjeeling Known as the "Queen of the Hills", Darjeeling is one of the most famous hill stations in the world. Check-in at the hotel and enjoy the evening free, you can visit Nightingale Park by walking, overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 9 : Darjeeling Sightseeing

  Early in the morning before dawn at 4 am proceed to Tiger Hill to watch the breathtaking sunrise and its reflection rays over the Khancendzonga Ranges. On the way back Visit Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery back to hotel at 7 am. After Freshen up and breakfast at the hotel visit to Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Zoological Park and Tenzing Rock, Tea Garden, Japanese Temple, Refugee self help centre and ropeway, overnight stay Darjeeling.

• Day 10 : Darjeeling Sightseeing Transfer To Airport/NJP

  After breakfast transfer to Bagdogra/NJP, Tour end at this point and boarding with sweet memory of Northeast.
