Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi - Bhimtal ( 315 Kms. / 6- 7 Hrs.)

On arrival pick-up from Delhi airport / railway station & proceed to Bhimtal, reaching Bhimtal check in to hotel. In late afternoon ready for Lake Tour & local sightseeing of Bhimtal in evening back to hotel dinner and over night stay at hotel.
Day 2 : Bhimtal - Kausani ( 114 Kms. / 3- 4 Hrs.)

After breakfast drive to Kausani, via Almora, Almora is a municipal board and a cantonment town in the Almora district in the state of Uttarakhand, India. It is the administrative headquarters of Almora distric. On a bright day, from the uneven terrains in Kausani (at 6,201ft) you get an uninterrupted view of the 365-km stretch of the snow-capped Himalayas. On arrival check-in to your hotel, dinner & overnight stay in Kausani.
Day 3 : Kausani

After breakfast visit the Gandhi Ashram from where Himalayan peaks are clearly visible; also visit some other viewing points in town. Go on an interesting excursion to the Baijnath temple complex, along the Gompti River; you'll come across shrines built between the 09th & 12th centuries that are an architectural delight to watch, dinner & overnight stay in Kausani.
Day 4 : Kausani - Munsiyari (162 Kms. / 5-6 Hrs.)

After breakfast drive to Munsiyari, . Enroute- visit Baijnath Baijnath is a small town on the banks of the Gomati river in the Bageshwar district of Uttarakhand, India. The place is most noted for its ancient temples,which have been recognized as Monuments of National Importance by the Archaeological Survey of India in Uttarakhand. Baijnath has been selected as one of the four places to be connected by the 'Shiva Heritage Circuit' in Kumaun, under the Swadesh Darshan Scheme of the Government of India & Bageshwar is a city and a municipal board in Bageshwar district in the state of Uttarakhand, India. It is located at a distance of 470 km from the National Capital New Delhi and 502 km from the State Capital Dehradu. The serene town boasts of offering a mesmerizing view of the Milam and Ralam valleys as well as the Panchchuli peaks. This town is also popular amongst trekking enthusiasts. Once you reach Munsiyari, check into your resort. After relaxing for some time, you can venue out of your room to treat your eyes with the surrounding natural beauty. Day 7 : Patal Bhuvaneshwar

After breakfast drive to Patal Bhuvaneshwar is famous for the 160m long limestone cave that is mainly dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is believed more Pilgrims from all over the country come to seek blessings at this place. It is believed that the cave is the abode of 33 crore deities of Hinduism. The quiet and serene environment at Patal Bhuvaneshwar is an ideal place to meditate in peace. There is an ashram, referred to as `Narayan Ashram' nearby Patal Bhuvaneshwar where tourists can learn the art of meditation. In evening come back to hotel dinner & overnight stay in Patal Bhuvaneshwar.
Day 8 : Patal Bhuvaneshwar - Mukteshwar (157 Kms. / 5-6 Hrs.)

After breakfast check out from hotel & drive to Mukteshwar, on arrival check in to hotel, in late afternoon visit Mukteshwar Temple & Chauli ki Jali and evening sun set view from the hotel dinner & over night stay in hotel in Mukteshwar.
Day 9 : Mukteshwar - Delhi (157 Kms. / 5-6 Hrs.)

Prices valid for minimum 02 - 06 people traveling together in one vehicle.

Check-in / check-out time at all the properties would at 12:00 hrs (noon)

Early check at all the properties would be subject to the availability at that time.

All the above mentioned rates are per person rates on twin/double sharing basis.

Child cost is on the basis of sharing room and bed with their parents.

The above rates are applicable for resident Indian citizens only.

Gender, Age, Valid photo id proof with address of all travelling passengers

Date of Arrival and Departure with flight details (if travelling via air).

Reference No: As soon as we receive a booking request a file no. will be sent to you, please note the same for future correspondence.

Re-Confirmation: All bookings should to be reconfirmed with us minimum 30 - 15 days prior to the date off arrival along with confirmed arrival details, failure on which will be considered as cancellation.

Service Voucher: The client has to carry an "Exchange Service Voucher" issued by the “Discover Ladakh Adventure Tours & Travel” which will be provided to to the guest at the time of booking confirmation.

PAYMENTS:-

On confirmation: 50% (advance ) to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation.

Re-confirmation: 50 (2nd installment) should be deposited 30 - 15 days before tour starts.

Payment Mode: Payments can be remitted through any of the following mode and is subject to realization:

Demand Draft: In favor of “Intense India Tours.” payable at New Delhi

At Par Cheque: Issue in the name of “Intense India Tours.” .

CANCELLTION POLICY:

Cancellation request has to be sent to us by e-mail only.

30 -15 Days prior to departure 25% of tour cost

14 -07 Days prior to departure 50% of tour cost

07- 03 Days prior to departure 75% of tour cost

02 Days or No show - 100% of tour cost

Note: Cancelation policy is subject to amend as per policy of hotel booked for your stay in Uttarakhand.

REFUND:-

Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest is booked. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process & will be sent to you by a/c payee cheque only.

NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AGAINST ANY UN UTILIZED SERVICES, WHAT SO EVER MAY BE THE REASON
