Day 1

Arrival In Ujjain & Sightseeing

Harsiddhi Temple Chintaman Ganesh Temple Kal Bhairav Temple Ram Ghat

Arrive in Ujjain, and check in to your hotel. Visit Mahakaleshwar Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas. Attend the morning aarti for a spiritually enriching experience. Proceed to Harsiddhi Temple, known for its Shaktipeeth and ancient religious significance. Explore Ram Ghat on the banks of the Shipra River, where devotees perform rituals and bathe in the holy river. Visit Kal Bhairav Temple, known for its unique offering of liquor to the deity. Head to Chintaman Ganesh Temple, a popular pilgrimage site in Ujjain. Spend time exploring Vedh Shala (Jantar Mantar), an ancient observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh. Watch the evening aarti at Ram Ghat or Mahakaleshwar Temple. Enjoy a peaceful walk along the Shipra River or shop for souvenirs in the local market. Return to the hotel and overnight stay in Ujjain.

Ujjain To Dewas & Sightseeing

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Dewas (approx. 40 km, 1-hour drive). Visit the famous Chamunda Mata Temple situated on a hilltop with panoramic views of Dewas. You can either walk up or take a ropeway to the temple. Explore Tukojirao Holkar Statue and Meetha Talab, popular local landmarks. Visit the Mahadev Temple and explore the town’s local culture and surroundings. Proceed to the Dewas Tekri area, a small hill known for its spiritual and historical importance. Enjoy a relaxed evening before departing for your onward journey. You can either head back to Ujjain or proceed to the nearest railway station/airport.
