Day 1 : Delhi– Dharamshala (470 Kms)

On arrival at Delhi Airport/ Railway station our cab will pick you from there and you”ll proceed for your pre- booked hotel. Arrive and check in to hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 : Dharamshala Local Sightseeing

Today morning after fresh up proceed for sightseeing of Dharamshala, visiting: St. John wilderness Church, War Memorial and Gyuto Monastery, and back to hotel in evening. visit Dal Lake and Bhagsu Falls and Bhagsu Temple, Day at rest or leisure of for shopping. Evening back to hotel. Dinner at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3 : Dharamshala – Dalhousie (115 Kms)

Today after breakfast check out from Dharamshala Hotel and proceed to Dalhousie via beautiful scenic hill drive and arrive Dalhousie in afternoon. Upon arrival check in to your pre booked hotel. Later Visit Pachpulla, St. john church. Other interesting places to cover nearby Dalhousie will be churches St. Francis & St. Patricks, Subhash Chowk and Tibetan Market. Overnight stay will be at hotel.

Day 4 : Dalhousie – Khajjar – Dalhousie (Distance 29 Kms one way)

This morning after breakfast proceed to Khajjiar. This small town, very nearby to Dalhousie is also known as the 'Mini Switzerland' or the 'Switzerland of India'. Khajjiar is known for its nine-hole golf-course which is nestled in the midst of lush greenery and a breathtaking landscape. Khajjiar is a plateau with a small lake which tends to be a favorite amongst tourists.. Later drive back to Dalhousie. Your day is fee for shopping or individual activities. Dinner at hotel.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. Standard Check in / checkout time of hotel is 12:00 noon. (Early Check in / late Checkout is as per hotel policies & room availabilities in hotel)
Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
Company reserves the right to change the Hotel accommodation due to unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide alternative, similar accommodation for which we are not liable to pay any refund. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of property at the Hotel. Similarly any damages caused to the hotel rooms during your stay, shall be payable by the Clients and the Company will not be liable for the same.
The timings mentioned in Day schedule section are approximate timings and can be negotiated.
Customers must carry the photo identification in the form of Driving License, Election ID Card, Adhar Card, and Pan Card. At certain site seeing places/hotel, the identification proof is required for which company has no control and is mandatory.•

For postpone/Advance of tour packages please inform us in written and 7 days prior to the tour date .
INR 3000/- will be charged extra for Advance/postpone.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :
40 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.•
We also accept the booking at 20 % of total package cost, if travel date is 15 days prior to advance payment date. But please keep in mind that rest of the 20 % must be cleared before 7 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of tour.•
Remaining 60 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival.•

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reason including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the company is liable to recover cancellation charges from the client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance and the amount is non- refundable.
The company has been granted complete authority right to change the package costing due to increment in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided.
