Hanoi- Lao Cai
You will be collected from your hotel and taken to Hanoi train station for the night train to Lao Cai (22:00). Once in Lao Cai you will be driven to Sapa.
Fansipan Trek 2800m
At the foot of Hoang Lien mountain range you will start the trek to the top of Indochina. As you trek through trails between primary forests you can take in the astounding views all around you. Once you reach the camp at 2800m you will stop for a well deserved rest. You will have dinner and stay overnight in the camp.
Fansipan trek 3143m – Sapa
From the camp it takes around 4 hours to get to the top of 3143m. At the summit you can admire the stunning and majestic views. From the peak there are 2 choices for the return, the first is by cable car and the second is on foot taking an alternative route to the ascent. Both ways will normally reach Sapa in a day.
Sapa – Sa Seng – Hau Thao – Giang Ta Chai
Today you will follow a local tour guide through rolling rice paddies of Sapa. Depending on the season, the terraces could be green, yellow or muddy brown. You will arrive at the local homestay after 17km of trekking for a well earned rest.
Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan - Sapa
Today you will return to Sapa town through the villages where you can see you local culture first-hand. You will arrive in Sapa in the afternoon and take the night train back to Hanoi.
