Charges does not include: - 

• Under the instruction of the Dubai Government, a new Tourism Dirham Fee (TD Fee) will now be charged on all stays at hotel establishments & must be paid upon checkout for each bedroom allocated for the stay (defined as a hotel or hotel apartment room that includes a bed or more). 


• This applies for all types of stays, including promotional stays where free nights are availed, effective 31st March 2014. 


• The fee will be based on the classification of the hotel establishment, charged per occupied room per night; 5 star hotels & deluxe hotels apartments AED 20/-; 4 star hotels & superior hotel apartments AED 15/-; 3 star hotels & standard hotel apartments AED 10/-


• The TD Fee is a separate fee & shall not be included in the room rate. 


• This fee cannot be collected with the room rate, and will only be accepted by the hotel directly from the guest, upon check out. 


• As per instruction of Abu Dhabi Tourism & Cultural Authority, Tourism Dirham Fee of AED15 per room per night will be charged directly to all guests at the Hotel upon check-out effective 1st June'2016 - Expenses of personal nature, such as: Laundry, telephone calls, mini-bar bills, etc.


• Any other tours apart from those listed under inclusions - No meal transfers - Convention/conference/peak season surcharge if any.

• Standard Check In Time : 1500Hrs & Standard Check Out Time : 1200Hrs 


• Each hotel room is only allowed to accommodate maximum 03 adults, or 02adults & 02children(below 12 y/o).


• Package rate is subject to change if there are changes on number of pax, number of nights or change of travelling date. 


• Our currency conversion rate is XE+1 on the day of payment and is subject to change due to currency fluctuation.


• Hotel rooms subject to availability upon your confirmation.


• Flight rates(if) quoted as per today’s fare and it is subject to change at the time of final confirmation with full payment.
