Scarf, what we call in Hindi 'Dupatta' is must. And Dupatta must be long enough to cover the face and whole hair of lady, not like
a handkerchief.
No transparent, skin tight, deep neck, shorts, leggings, t-shirts, will work.
No dress with human face, animal or bird face will allow.
They may use a trouser and shirt, but full sleeve only, and not transparent, deep-necked and not too much skin tight.
