Day 1

ARRIVE DARJEELING

Arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bogdogra Airport. Transfer to Darjeeling (7100ft / 98kms / 04hrs). Arrives & Check in Hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Hotel
Day 2

DARJEELING

After Breakfast city tour of Darjeeling visit Padmaja Naidu Himalaya Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, (Closed on Thursday), Happy Valley Tea Estate, Tenzing Rock & Gombu Rock & Tibetan Refugee Self – Help Center (Closed on Sunday). After lunch visit White Pagoda, Lalkothi (D.G.H.C.Assembly not allowed inside), Ava Art Gallery, Dhirdham Temples & Natural History Museum. Overnight at Hotel

Day 3

DARJEELING - PELLING

After breakfast, transfer to Pelling (7000 ft / 118kms / 04 hrs). Overnight at Hotel.

Day 4

PELLING

Pemayangtse Monastery

This full day excursion covers Rimbi Waterfalls, Rimbi Hydel Project, and Khecheperi Lake& Kanchenjunga Falls. Back to Hotel for lunch. After you cover Pemayangtse Monastery, Changay Falls, Singsore Bridge & Dentam Village (includes Alpine Cheese Factory).Overnight at Hotel.

Day 5

PELLING - GANGTOK

After breakfast transfer to Gangtok (5500ft / 132kms / 05hrs). Check in Hotel.Evening free at leisure. Overnight at Hotel

GANGTOK

A.M. Take an excursion to Tshangu Lake & Baba Mandir (14000ft. / 54kms / 03 hrs.).Evening back to Gangtok. Overnight at Hotel

Day 7

GANGTOK - LACHUNG

Pick- up from hotel at Gangtok at about 10 a.m. proceed to Lachung (115 Km) at an altitude of 8,600 ft. On the way stop and enjoy a few wonderful locations like Tashi Viewpoint, Kabi Lungstok, Naga Waterfalls, the confluence of Lachen chu and Lachung Chu at Chungthang, Twin Waterfalls and Bhim Nala Waterfalls. Lunch will be served at Namok. You are likely to reach Lachung at late afternoon /in the evening and will check in our hotel.

Day 8

LACHUNG - YUMTHANG - LACHUNG

After breakfast leave for Yumthang (11,800 ft.) On the way you may visit the famous hot spring. Yumthang is a large valley surrounded by mountains where the tree line ends. In April/ May /June the valley erupts in a riot of colours as Rhododendrons, Primulae and many other Alpine Flowers are in full bloom. In the winter months, Yumthang is somber with snow all around, and the anow clad mountains adding to the ethereal beauty. Return to Lachung for Lunch. After lunch visit Lachung Monastery, Cottage Industry and Waterfalls. Dinner will be served at about 8p.m.

Day 9

LACHUNG - GANGTOK

Phodong Monastery

After breakfast leave for Gangtok. On the way stops between singhik, Mangan and if the weather is clear you may get to see the Khangchendzonga Range. This location offers a majestic view of Mt. Pandim, Mt. Kabru, Mt. Simvo, Mt. Jopuno, Mt. Khangchendzonga and Mt. Siniolchu. After lunch at Namok, visit Phodong Monastery on the way o/n at Gangtok.

Day 10

GANGTOK - NJP RAILWAY STATION / IXB AIRPORT

After breakfast, transfer to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport (110kms / 04 Hrs) for your onward journey
