Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Leh – Rest Day

  Take an early morning flight to reach Leh, the capital of Ladakh situated at a height of 11800 ft above sea level. As you land at the Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, transfer to your guest house/hotel is promptly arranged. Check into your room and spend the day taking rest and adapting to the low air pressure, which is must to settle yourself to the high altitudes of Ladakh. Use the evening to scout local markets. Overnight stay is at the guest house/hotel.

• Day 2 : Indus Valley Tour

  A full day tour of monasteries and palaces alongside Indus Valley is on the cards today. Visit the summer palace of erstwhile maharajas of Ladakh- Shey Palace, Thiksey monastery (housed with 100 ft tall statue of Maitreya Buddha) and Hemis monastery (the largest monastery in Ladakh). Return back to Leh in the evening.

  • Themes : Hill Stations & Valleys

• Day 3 : Leh – Khardungla –Leh

  Early morning, leave on road to Khardungla Pass which is situated at a height of 18380 ft and considered as the highest motorable pass of the world. Return back to Leh.

• Day 4 : Depart from leh

  Early morning transfer to Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport on time to board flight for onward destination.
