“The only place on Earth where every mountaineer plans of conquering world’s highest peak, Everest and every trekker dreams to be at least once- Everest Base Camp Trek 5357m” The story of Everest and the intrepid mountaineers began in the early nineties. However, Everest the world’s highest peak was on the top of list of adventure seekers around the planet after May 29, 1953. Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay Sherpa conquered the white beast on that day and the rest of the world began to follow their footprints. Everest 8848m has its base at 5357m, which is higher than highest mountains in Australia and Antarctica. Everest Base Camp Trek takes you to Kalapattar 5550m, which is almost as high as Mt. Elbrus and Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest mountains in Europe and Africa respectively. Hence, the trek to Everest Base Camp is itself a great achievement for every trek lover who has the strongest desire to witness the closest view of world’s highest peak, Everest. Apart from breathtaking alpine landscapes, the trekkers to Everest Base Camp can peep inside centuries old Sherpa culture at frequent Sherpa villages throughout the trial. The highland monasteries are dramatically located religious shrines. Walking is real pleasure during this trek and the eye-feasting rewards include the views like colorful prayer flags flapping with cool Himalayan breeze, sacred Mani walls, alpine woodlands, deep gorges formed by rushing Himalayan Rivers and fascinatingly beautiful black and white towering Himalayan giants among others. .
