• The physicalpresence of the company within Delhiestablishes asignificant connection between the jurisdiction andthe subject matter of the customer complaints. Therefore, it is just and equitable to designate Delhi as the court jurisdiction to ensure efficient and accessible resolution for affected customers in the region. Customer can choose all appropriate court jurisdictions within Delhicourt jurisdictionforanytype ofgrievances against Regus Holidays.
