Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Delhi-Shimla

On arrival at the Delhi airport or Delhi railway station (on your own), you will be drive to Shimla where on arrival you will check into your hotel. The rest of the evening is at leisure.
Day 2

Shimla: Excursion to Kufri (20 kms)

Kufri

After breakfast depart for a half-day excursion to Kufri, famous for its trekking and hiking trails. You can also visit Indira Tourist Park from where you get a panoramic view of the locations around. You will return to Shimla and the rest of the day is free to relax or explore the local markets on Mall road.Overnight at hotel.

Day 3

Shimla-Manali: (272 Kms/ approx 7 hour drive)

Today enjoy your drive past the banks of the river Beas to Manali. On arrival into Manali, check into your hotel. The evening is at leisure.

Day 4

Manali

Hadimba Temple

During your city tour today, visit the Hadimba Temple and the Tibetan Monastery which houses several images of Lord Buddha and Tankha paintings. The evening is free to relax or stroll and shop at the Mall road. Overnight at hotel.

Manali

Rohtang Pass

Excursion to Rohatang Pass / Snow Point This morning proceed on a day excursion to the Rohtang Pass. If roads to Rohtang Pass are closed, then visit Snow Point where ponies/horses can be hired directly. The rest of the day is free to explore this picturesque town on your own. Overnight at hotel.

Day 6

Manali- Dharamshala (235 Kms/ approx. 7 hour drive)

Today your picturesque journey continues to Dharamshala. It is the principal township of Kangra district which overlooks the wide spread of the plains with pine and deodar forests. On arrival check into your hotel. The evening is at leisure.

Day 7

Dharamsala

Visit some of the important sights like St. Johns Church and Mcleodganj - the residence of His Holiness Dalai Lama and the Tibetan market. Overnight at hotel.

Day 8

Dharamshala-Dalhousie (145 Kms/ approx. 4-5 hour drive)

Today drive to Dalhousie. A little hill station that still retains its old British charm. Its marvelous forest trails overlook vistas of wooded hills, waterfalls, spring and rivulets. On arrival in Dalhousie, check into your hotel. In the afternoon visit the Martyr's memorial at Panchpulla; enroute visit Satdhara, said to contain mica and medicinal properties.

Day 9

Dalhousie

Excursion to Khajjiar (23 kms / approx 1 hour drive) Drive to Khajjiar, a scenic spot set amidst a backdrop of dense pines, deodars and lush green meadow. Khajjar is exquisitely nestled down in the foothills of the imposing Dhauladhar ranges of the Western Himalayas providing a panaoramic and breathtaking view to the visitors.

Day 10

Dalhousie-Delhi

Today you are transferred to Delhi airport/Railway station for your onward journey.
