Family that holidays together, stays together! If you want to experience fast rapids, but have a family to accompany then our Family River Rafting & Camping Package is the right choice for you. Alaknanda River Adventure Camp has specially designed this package that will take care of everyone and you need not to worry about your family members as they will be busy with other in-house activities. The 24 km long river rafting stretch will start from Marine Drive and end at NIM Beach / Laxman Jhula. Kids and people who are scared from high rapids may join the rest of the team at Brahmpuri which is a 9 kms rafting stretch and have smaller rapids. Specially planned for your family, the camp will provide various activities like rock climbing, badminton, beach volleyball, cricket, kayaking, body surfing, etc. Breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner along with overnight stay in luxury safari tents will be provided.Any personal expenses like Laundry, STD calls, etc.

Any kind of transportation.

Any claim due to natural calamities such as land slide, road blockage, etc.

Any other things which are not mentioned above.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive at ARA Camp, Byasi

  Arrive at Alaknanda River Adventure Camp in Byasi (Rishikesh) by afternoon. On arrival meet and be greeted by our camp manager. He will also brief you about the do’s and dont’s about camp followed by camp allotment. Later hot lunch will be served at our dining area by riverside. Post lunch you can enjoy Rappelling, Rock Climbing, Kayaking and Beach Volleyball at camp site. Evening snacks will be served at our dining area. Enjoy bonfire with light snacks followed by dinner by the riverside at our dining area. Overnight stay at the camp.

• Day 2 : Rafting from Marine Drive to Rishikesh

  Morning after breakfast drive towards rafting point at Marine Drive; here our river expert will breif you about the rafting technique and about the rafting grade. Start Rafting from Marine Drive to NIM Beach Rishikesh. (Kids and people who are scared from water may join the rest of the team at Brahmpuri which is a 9 kms rafting stretch). On the Marine Drive to Rishikesh rafting stretch one will encounter rapids like Three Blind Mice, Cross Fire, Shivpuri Rapid, Return to Sender, Roller Coaster, Golf Course, Club House, Initiation, Double Trouble, Hilton, etc. One can also try Body Surfing and Cliff Jumping. Finish your rafting at NIM Beach at Rishikesh and drive back to camp for hot lunch. Later enjoy Beach Volley Ball or go for a hike. Evening snacks will be served at our dining area. Enjoy evening bonfire with light snacks. Have dinner. Overnight stay at the camp.

• Day 3 : Departure from ARA Camp

  In the morning after breakfast check out from camp and depart for onward destination.
