Cancellation Policy

• Days Prior to Sailing Date Cancellation Charges (Per Person)


• 60 or more days - Management Fee of Rs.750 59 to 30 days Full Deposit Amount ( USD 100 + Management fee)

• The cost is just a starting from Cruise fare per person on Twin sharing basis, the same is subject to change with availability and category of cabin. Once the booking is requested we would be able to confirm the price.The special FLY-Cruise fare is valid when both the cruise and flight are combined on Royal Caribbean International and Singapore Airlines/Silk Air, traveling from India to Singapore


• The SQ/MI fare is non- refundable. Our Cruise is as per normal terms and conditions


• Our Cruise Cost All Inclusive!! (Cruise Cost + NCCF + Taxes + Gratuities)


• This is a BOOK EARLY rate which has to be purchased 2 months before travel.


• The SQ/ MI fare is valid for purchase upto 31st March 2018

• The rate for a single person occupying a stateroom is 200% of the 1st/2nd guest rate + NCCF as mentioned above. Visas as applicable are required. ASSIST CARD: Starting at just US$ 7 per person per day for the length of your cruise & Assist Card is a cruise vacation cancellation protection plan.Though Assist Card is optional, it is strongly recommended


• Space has not been reserved at this stage. IMPORTANT NOTICE! Failure to submit passport information as required may result to deny boarding. The Cruise Liner or Via.com will NOT be liable for any refund of the cruise fare and any other expenses ( Airfare, Hotel, transfers etc) in part nor in full should the passenger be denied boarding.


• Relevant visa/travel documents must be obtained prior to sailing. Please check with respective embassy on visa requirement. Advise passport information of passengers at least (20) Twenty days prior to departure Passenger& full name as per passport (Last Name / First Name) Nationality


• Date of Birth (DD/MMM/YYYY) Passport Number Expiry date [should be valid more than 6 months] Passage for Pregnant woman will only be permitted before her 24th week of pregnancy at the time sailing Children aged 6 months or less at the commencement of the cruise will be refused permission to board the cruise ship and the Carrier shall have no liability whatsoever for any consequences of such refusal. A Guest under 18 years of age ( Minor must be accompanied by a Guest 18 years or older.


• The Accompanying Adult expressly agrees to be responsible for the Minor throughout the Cruise & Every adult Guest travelling with any minor Guest, shall be responsible for the safety, conduct and behaviour of the minor Guest.

PASSENGERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE THAT ALL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, VISAS AND OTHER IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS (WHICH MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING APPLICABLE EXAMPLES; ORIGINAL PHOTO ID/DRIVER'S LICENSE, BIRTH CERTIFICATES FOR CHILD BELOW 12 YEARS OLD, PASSPORT VALIDITY OF AT LEAST 6 MONTHS) ARE IN ORDER AND COMPLIED WITH PRIOR TO DEPARTURE FROM THEIR HOME COUNTRY. NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION WILL BE MADE TO PASSENGERS WHO ARE DENIED EMBARKATION RESULTING FROM NON-COMPLIANCE OF IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS.

• We are not holding any rooms or airline seats as of now and above mentioned is quote only , subject to availability at the time of confirmation . First preference will be given to mentioned hotels for reservation. In case of non-availability of these hotels we shall advise the similar or next available option with supplement cost .
