Day 1 Arrival & Transfer To Kalimpong

IXB / NJP → Kalimpong | Approx. 75 KM / 2.5–3 Hrs Arrival at Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station. Meet and greet upon arrival. Transfer to Kalimpong, a beautiful hill destination situated in the foothills of the Himalayas. Kalimpong is located at an altitude of approximately 1,243 metres / 4,078 feet. Enjoy the scenic drive through the Himalayan foothills. Arrive in Kalimpong and check in to the hotel. Evening free for leisure and personal activities. Overnight Stay: Kalimpong

Day 2 Kalimpong Sightseeing → Gangtok

Deolo HillMG Marg

Kalimpong Local Sightseeing | Transfer to Gangtok Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and proceed for Kalimpong local sightseeing. Visit: Forest Museum (Closed on Thursdays). Deolo Hill. Dr. Graham’s Homes. Durbin Monastery. Pine View Nursery (Cactus Garden). After sightseeing, proceed towards Gangtok. Distance: Approx. 75 KM. Travel Time: Approx. 3 Hrs, depending on road conditions. Arrive in Gangtok and check in to the hotel. Evening free for leisure. Explore MG Marg and the local market on your own. Overnight Stay: Gangtok

Day 3 Gangtok → Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

Excursion to Changu Lake Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (Changu Lake), approximately 40 KM from Gangtok. Visit: Tsomgo (Changu) Lake New Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir Enjoy the spectacular views of the surrounding Himalayan landscape. Return to Gangtok. Evening free for leisure. Explore MG Marg or the local shopping areas. Optional Excursion: Nathula Pass Visit Nathula Pass, the historic Indo-China border, subject to permit availability. Nathula Pass is available at an additional cost and must be arranged in advance. Nathula Pass remains closed on Mondays & Tuesdays. Infants are not permitted to visit Nathula Pass due to the high altitude. Overnight Stay: Gangtok

Gangtok Half-Day Sightseeing | Transfer to Darjeeling Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and proceed for Gangtok half-day sightseeing. Visit: Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom Namgyal Institute of Tibetology Do Drul Chorten (Stupa) Enchey Monastery White Hall Flower Show After sightseeing, proceed towards Darjeeling. Distance: Approx. 135 KM. Travel Time: Approx. 3–3.5 Hrs, depending on road conditions. Arrive in Darjeeling, popularly known as the “Queen of the Hills.” Enjoy the beautiful tea gardens and spectacular views of Mount Kanchenjunga, subject to clear weather. Check in to the hotel. Sunrise, Heritage & Local Sightseeing Early Morning: Tiger Hill Sunrise Early morning departure at approximately 3:45 AM. Drive to Tiger Hill at an altitude of approximately 8,000 ft / 2,440 metres. Witness the spectacular sunrise over the majestic Kanchenjunga range, subject to clear weather. Experience the beautiful golden glow over the snow-covered Himalayan peaks. Tip: Carry warm clothes as it can be extremely cold at Tiger Hill during the early morning hours. En-route Sightseeing Visit Ghoom Monastery. Visit Batasia Loop. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Half-Day City Tour After breakfast, proceed for Darjeeling local sightseeing: Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (Closed on Thursdays). Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursdays). Tenzing Rock. Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre (Closed on Sundays). Visit a scenic Tea Estate. Japanese Peace Pagoda. Evening Return to the hotel / local market around 3:00 PM. Evening free for leisure. Enjoy a stroll around Mall Road / Chowrasta and explore the local markets. Overnight Stay: Darjeeling

Day 6 Darjeeling → Bagdogra

Departure Transfer | Approx. 105 KM / 2.5–3 Hrs Breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel. Proceed towards Bagdogra Airport (IXB) for your onward journey. Enjoy the scenic drive through the Himalayan foothills. Guests are advised to start early to ensure a smooth and relaxed transfer and avoid any last-minute rush. Arrive at Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey.

Child Below 5 yrs complimentary.
Child 5 - 10 yrs without extra bed as mentioned in cost column (CNB = Child No Bed).
Child 5 - 10 yrs with extra bed as mentioned in cost column (CWB = Child With Bed).
Above 10 years / Extra adult with an extra bed sharing room are same and charged as per (EPSR).
Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced if asked by the hotel.

Terms And Conditions

In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangements for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out (In case of a medical condition, it entirely depends on hotel policy).
Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.

For blackout days - Durga Puja, Diwali, New Year time, the booking is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-CHANGEABLE.

Minimum cancellation is Rs. 5000 per head, irrespective of any reason.
50% Between 30-20 Days Before Tour Departure.
75% Between 20-10 Days Before Tour Departure.
100% Within 10 Days of Tour Departure.
Cancellation charges as % of Total Tour Cost.
