After breakfast this morning, get ready for a day excursion to Tsomgo Lake AKA Changu Lake. This is a glacial Lake, located at an altitude of 12.310 ft. It is a must visit for every person visiting Sikkim. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Later, visit Baba Mandir AKA Baba Harbhajan Singh Temple. This mandir is located between Nathula Pass & Jalapla Pass. This is dedicated to a senetary of Punjab Regiment who was posted there in the border patrol force. Later, return to Gangtok. We start early in the morning today, before sunrise. We will take you to have a mesmerising sunrise view of Mt Kanchenjunga from the famous Tiger hill. This is at a height of 28,208 ft, which is the world's third highest peak. On your way back visit Ghoom monastery. Ghoom monastery holds the statue of Maitreya Buddha. Also, visit Batasia loop. This place holds the spectacular 360 degree view of this beautiful hill station. This place is also famous for the loop made by toy trains while it passes by the garden. Return back to your hotel. Fresh ‘n up & have breakfast. Post breakfast, will take you to the local sightseeing of Darjeeling. Points covered will be Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P. N.
