Day 1

Siliguri / NJP / IXB to Gangtok

Gangtok Hills

On arrival at Siliguri, New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP), or Bagdogra Airport (IXB), meet our representative and proceed towards Gangtok. Enjoy a scenic drive along the Teesta River and winding mountain roads.
Check in to the hotel upon arrival. Evening free to explore MG Marg or relax.
Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 2

Gangtok Local Sightseeing

All guests must carry valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter ID) for permits and verification.
The itinerary is subject to weather conditions, permit availability, and local administrative regulations.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or government decisions.
Guests are advised to start early each day to avoid traffic congestion and possible roadblocks, especially in high-altitude areas.

Vehicle & Transportation

The vehicle will be provided strictly on a point-to-point basis as per local transport union rules.
Air-conditioning (AC) will not operate in hilly terrain.
The driver will follow the confirmed itinerary but cannot exceed government or union restrictions.
Any additional sightseeing, detours, or off-route travel will incur extra charges payable directly by the guest.

Hotel & Stay Policy

Hotel check-in and check-out times are subject to standard hotel policies.
In case of non-availability, similar category hotels will be provided.
Meals are provided only at hotels, strictly as per the meal plan mentioned in the package.
Room heating facilities are subject to hotel availability and may be chargeable.

Safety & Liability

Travel to high-altitude destinations such as Gurudongmar Lake, Nathula Pass, and Zero Point is subject to weather conditions and the guest’s physical fitness.
The company shall not be liable for:
Natural disasters
Personal injuries or health issues
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Last-minute government or administrative restrictions

Prices may vary during peak seasons, long weekends, festivals, or due to sudden changes in fuel prices or hotel tariffs.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the package.

The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the tour.

Flight / Train / Transport fares (if applicable) must be paid in full at the time of booking.

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

In case of cancellation, a retention charge will be deducted depending on the number of days prior to the start of the tour.

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.

No refund will be applicable for unused services, last-minute changes, or no-show.

In case of natural calamities such as landslides, road blockages, strikes, or adverse weather conditions, refunds or amendments will be processed strictly as per hotel and transport provider policies.
