Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival at NJP/IXB – Transfer to Gangtok

Your luxurious journey begins as our representative greets you at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport. Enjoy a comfortable private transfer to Gangtok, a serene hill capital set against the Himalayan backdrop.
Check in to your premium hotel and spend the evening exploring MG Marg, cafés, and local boutiques.
Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 2

Gangtok – Lachen (Private Transfer)

After breakfast, begin your scenic drive to Lachen, passing through lush valleys, waterfalls, and the beautiful town of Chungthang.

Spend the rest of the evening at leisure.

Lachen – Gurudongmar Lake – Lachung

Early morning, embark on a journey to the legendary Gurudongmar Lake (15,800 ft)—one of the world’s highest and most sacred lakes. Witness the surreal beauty, pristine blue waters, and snow-covered desert valley.
Return to Lachen for breakfast, then continue onward to Lachung, a quaint mountain village surrounded by alpine scenery.

Lachung – Yumthang Valley – Gangtok

All guests must carry valid ID proof for permits (Aadhaar/Passport/Voter ID).
The itinerary is subject to weather conditions, permit availability, and local restrictions.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or administrative decisions.
Guests are advised to start early each day to avoid roadblocks and traffic delays, especially in North Sikkim.

Vehicle & Transportation

The vehicle will be available point-to-point only, as per local transport rules.
AC will not operate in hilly terrain.
The driver will follow the itinerary but cannot exceed government or union restrictions.
Any extra sightseeing or off-route travel will incur additional charges.

Hotel & Stay Policy

Hotel check-in/check-out times follow standard hotel policies.
In case of non-availability, similar category hotels will be provided.

Payment Terms & Methods :

Booking & Payment Policy

50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the package.

The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the tour.

Flight/Train/Transport fares (if applicable) must be paid in full at the time of booking.

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

In case of cancellation, a retention charge will be deducted depending on the number of days prior to the start of the trip.

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation request.

No refund will be provided for unused services, last-minute changes, or no-show.

In case of natural calamities (landslides, strikes, road blockage, weather conditions), refunds or amendments will be processed as per hotel/transport policies.
