Smart Tour and Travels is only responsible for services explicitly charged to the guest. Any other suggested services not paid for directly to the Company are not our obligation to provide or cover costs for.
Unavoidable Circumstances
In cases of unforeseen events such as natural calamities (floods, accidents) or civil disturbances (riots), where the tour program must be altered or extended, any additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the passengers. Similarly, if a passenger needs to depart the tour early for any reason, no refund will be issued for the remaining portion of the trip.
Complaints During the Tour
Should you encounter any issues with our services, including hotels, houseboats, or transportation, please notify us immediately at 6005214410. This allows us to address and resolve concerns on the spot. No complaints or refund requests will be entertained after the tour program has concluded.
Reservation Policy
Confirmation of your package is contingent on receiving 100% of the payment. A 50% advance payment is required, with the remaining balance due at least 10 days before your tour date. Failure to meet these payment terms will result in automatic cancellation of your booking without further notice. For bookings made within 10 days of the tour departure, 100% payment is required at the time of reservation.
