Terms and Conditions: In case client wishes to prepone or postpone travel dates, notify 15 days prior to journey date via email or SMS; changes are subject to hotel, flight and transportation policies and availability and may incur charges. No changes accepted within 15 days of travel date except in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes. Validity to utilize advance payment for prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from date of advance payment. Different government or local bodies may enforce road, traffic or parking rules which may require guests to proceed further by their own arrangements. In case of natural calamities or uncertain events, additional costs for transportation or hotel will be borne by the traveler. Booking Terms: Documents for Domestic Tour Confirmation: Aadhar Card of all travellers. 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking. Air fare is calculated at time of proposal creation and is subject to change at time of booking. 100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 15 days of departure date. In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the hotels and transportation policies. Minimum admin cost will be applicable on and above cancellation charges. Fixed processing and admin cost fees of Jay Ambe Tours and Travels will be charged Rs.2000 + GST 18%.

If you cancel your holiday: Fixed processing and admin cost/fees of Jay Ambe Tours and Travels will be charged Rs.2000 + GST 18%. 30 days or more before date of departure: Hotel and transportation cost as per its policy. 29 - 16 days before date of departure: 25% of total cost. 15 - 7 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost. 7 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost.
