Morning sightseeing tour of Old Delhi and New Delhi. Visit Jama Mosque, Red Fort from outside, Rajghat – Mahtma Gandhi’s cremation place, drive past through India Gate, President House, Rajpath, Government buildings. Also visit Qutab Minar. Overnight stay at Hotel.
In the morning pick up from hotel & transfer to Railway Station to board the Indian fast train Shatabdi express to Amritsar. Meeting on arrival and transfer to the Hotel. Late in the afternoon an excursion to Wagah Border to watch border retreat Ceremony. The pageant of the beating of the retreat and the change of guard within handshaking distance of the Indian and Pakistani forces here makes the wonderful spectacles as a daily evening drill. Return to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Morning visit Golden Temple- offering succor to the mind and soul the most sacred temple for Sikhs. It is a symbol of the magnificence and strength of the Sikh people all over the world. Also visit Jallianwala Bagh- Martyrs’ Memmorial built in the shape of eternal flame of liberty is situated near to the Golden Temple. In time transfer to the Airport to board the light for onwards destination.
