Payment Terms: An advance of 50% is require to hold the booking on confirm basis, balance should be deposited before 01 week of arrival. Extra’s to be collected directly at the Resort/Hotels.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• In the event of cancellation of travel arrangement due to any reasons - we must be notified for the same in written. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time / date we receive your intimation in writing. Cancellation charges would be as follows:-


• 10 % of the tour amount if tour is cancelled upto 30 days prior to the tour commencement date.


• 30 % of the tour amount if tour is cancelled upto 20 days prior to the tour commencement date.


• 50 % of the tour amount if the tour is cancelled in less than 15 days.


• 100 % of the tour amount if the tour is cancelled in less than 7 days prior to the tour commencement date.

Terms & Conditions:-

• AC in Vehicle will not be operated when we are in hilly area.


• Postponement of date will be treated as cancellation and will be subject to availability.


• No change is permissible when one package is confirmed.


• If the desired hotel is not available due to any reason whatsoever, we reserve the right to shift our customer to similar hotel.


• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.


• Facilities like heater at Room in Himachal Pradesh will be chargeable as per Hotel to Hotel. Some of hotels are offering free of cost also. But will not guarantee for any such services without prior intimation.


• Due to any inclement weather condition at Himachal, we are not liable for any kind of refund.


• Enroute visit Manikaran will be chargeable extra until it’s not included in the itinerary.


• Due to union issue we are not able to provide pickup from Kalka Railway Station. At this place we have to arrange vehicle from union transporter only, so it will cost you extra.
